Stopped in today, really cute store with a wide variety of flowers. Would of been five stars but the staff was quite rude and ignored me when I asked a question about something I wanted to buy (which led me to not buy said item).

We had a special case, and the customer service representative, AJ, was so kind and helpful. They were able to patch me through to Roxanne herself, and we figured everything out.
