I am a repeat customer, Ron has been a tremendous help with both of my cars. He has been very honest about what services he can provide and when he can't offer a service he connects me with another person who will (such as locksmith, etc). He keeps me updated on work being done, insurance claims, etc and is a wonderful communicator. He is a kind, honest and hard-working mechanic which is hard to find these days-I can't recommend him enough!

My experience with Ron was amazing! Customer service was stellar. Super friendly and experienced. Given the situation, he was very understanding and very accessible! I would definitely recommend for any car and towing needs! Five stars isn’t enough! Deserves way more!

Coming home yesterday around 3:00pm, my car started shaking on the Park Way East. Scared to drive it I pulled off and found Ron's near by. Ron was swamped, but he took a few minutes, found the problem, and I was back on the road. So nice to find such a kind, professional mechanic, even at the spur of the moment. Thank You, Ron
