After buying my first car and having it totaled only 2 weeks after I purchased it from Rohrich, they were more than helpful in finding a car I would like. From top to bottom the experience both times were great. No pushing or trying to sell you brand new. And they have a great benefit of oil changes and inspections even on their used cars.

Bad experience, typical shoddy sales floor. I was interested in a specific CPO Tacoma, and immediately put out an inquiry and credit application Saturday night, the first day the truck was posted. The internet sales manager reached out to me at 8am the following Monday (they're closed on Sundays) confirming that the truck was there and a salesperson would reach out to me shortly, the saleswoman, Myra, finally reached out to me, 6 hours later, at 2pm, and also confirmed that the truck was in stock. I scheduled a meeting to go see the truck at 6pm that evening, ready to walk out of there with the truck I wanted. When I arrived, I was told the truck wasn't available due to an error in their system. They never had the decency to call me when they found this "error" to let me know that it wasn't available, they just wanted me to come in so they could try to sell me on a truck that was a completely different color, had 20k more miles, and didn't have all the options of the original Tacoma I was interested in. I still asked the saleswoman Myra for her card, to which she said she has my number and would reach out to me with her information, which she never followed through with. You'd think a dealer would be a little more attentive and responsive when a buyer comes in ready to make a deal happen, but I found it to be the opposite throughout this experience. THE WORST PART IS THE UNAVAILABLE TRUCK IS STILL POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE DAYS LATER!! Complete waste of time, I've bought Toyotas from 3 different dealerships in the Pittsburgh area (including Rohrich) Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!

Paul was easy and straight to the point. Really enjoyed my experience dealing with him and the entire dealership. My husband is also a service customer for his tacoma and we have always been pleased.

Ok experience. Salesman couldn’t find the car I wanted but was kind and not abusive.He tried his best but couldn’t get the car from another dealer during covid.They wore masks in the dealership so I felt safe. There service repairs department is good I’ve used them, expensive but they always do good repairs for us.

Personalized service. They go out of their way to make things right
