The sales rep Mike was very knowledgeable and accommodating. However, I chose a larger SUV since their smaller X4 was the only model that had the upgraded technology and multimedia.

The best car dealer in Pittsburgh. My grandfather bought his Cadillacs there. I trust them to take care of my cars. A luxury experience especially compared to my other car dealer who will not return my calls.

DO not go to this dealership for repairs, They will play the guessing game and have you paying for multiple parts and repairs instead of diagnosing your vehicle correctly when you bring it in with a specific issue.

Wonderful experience at Rohrich. Sales man (James) was great to work with Mark (sales manager) very knowledgeable and good man. Finance man was also extremely helpful settled a issue immediately. Good dealership, your go to Cadillac dealer in Pittsburgh.

I decided to get my 2020 Cadillac XT4 detailed. I have to say it was well worth it. Great job. Looks show room fresh.

I love taking my Caddy in for service. Rohrich has a place I can work and they are quick. Your car will be clean and back to you fast. The pricing is great also.

Horrible service experience -- after waiting and paying for my inspection , they could not find my car -- half hour later they said they gave it to another customer as a loaner and had to call him to bring it back - now a stranger is driving my car around with my personal belongings and info in it -- 2 hours later I got my car back and all I got from Rohrich was " sorry" ........

Horrible customer service. We have had my wife’s car in 3 times for transmission issues. The do not call you back and give your the run around. Definitely will not be using them when we upgrade our Cadillac.
