I contacted the dealership about a vehicle. I confirmed it was in stock. The on line person wanted my phone number to contact me. I provided a Vin to my trade and information. I never heard back. I wonder if they are interested in selling cars. After seeing some of the reviews here, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I did not use my real name it my contact. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR KEY TO BE PLACED ON YOUR WINDSHIELD FOR HOURS AFTER CLOSING FOR ANYONE TO STEAL YOUR CAR! I dropped my car off for the free oil change you receive when you purchase a car at Lexus. I specifically wrote on the drop off envelope the instructions for the vehicle. It said please when finished place key under floor mat and lock keys inside as I will not be able to make it back until after closing. I received a call at 11 telling me my car wouldn't pass state inspection because of my windshield. I told the man my car wasn't in there for inspection it was in there for the free oil change. He then proceeded to ask me when i was going to pick my car up because they close at 5. I asked him if he read the drop off envelope? He said yes. I explained if he read it he would know when I was picking up as I wrote detailed instructions on it and explained i wasn't coming until after 5. He again asked me when I will get my keys. This man I believe his name was Guy.... Thats what the paperwork says, Obviously has no care for customers as It wasn't even important enough for him to read what the customer wanted on the drop off envelope. So because he was mad at me he chose to "teach" me a lesson and have my car keys placed on my windshield for anyone on west liberty to not only steal my car but have all of my info so they could go to my house and get in my house as well! I work in a shop and thats an automatic termination! You don't put someones car keys outside of there vehicle! He was mad because i called him out on lying about reading the envelope twice and probably didn't want to do any free services because he's not getting any commission on them! Im fuming and will be up to see the manager this week! Does Lexus leave the keys to their building outside for anyone to just walk in and take what they want? I don't think so. Why leave a customers keys outside of their vehicle? Just carelessness, no respect for their customer and just plain ignorant and unprofessional!

Decent facilities, but all of a sudden the price of synthetic oil change jumped from less than $90, which is what I've been paying at Lexus in Raleigh and the first time at Rohrich. But this time it jumped to $130+. John the "advisor", was tap dancing around when I was questioning the charge. First he said my car was designed for conventional oil, and had to charge more for synthetic. I specifically selected synthetic (yesterday) when scheduling the appointment online, and it was $89.99. This is the same option same price- probably less before inflation)I've been selecting for YEARS while in Raleigh and now Pittsburgh. Then started arguing and tap dancing regarding the charges with me over txt in all caps, which is unprofessional. Then he said, and I quote, "I'M SORRY BUT AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THE ISSUE IS CLOSED". Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Based on this experience, he won $40 and lost a customer forever for his department and a potential buyer of another Lexus from Rohrich... Congrats!

Do not shop for a vehicle here unless you like having your time and money wasted.We put a deposit down on a car so that we would be able to come in to test drive the car. They called on the morning of our appointment to verify that we would be there. The sneaky salesman sold the car as we were pulling in the dealership. I'm not sure how commission works there but I would guess he changed appointment times in their system to get that sweet check. Awful customer service.

Terrible customer service, go somewhere else. We put a deposit on a car and sold before we made it to the dealership. Barely apologized. All they care about is making a sale, not keeping customers

I’m so out done with this particular dealership. Empty promises of loaner cars while having services, free inspection aren’t free when it take 6 hours or more from your day free oil changes the same you’re there all day. Also if there’s a problem you can’t get an appointment until next year. I loved this dealership when I purchased my first Honda Civic ex 2014 they fell off really bad with customer service skills and appreciation for loyal customers.SMH
