The worst Rite-Aid I have ever been to. They put blood pressure medication in with an antidepressant of mine while filling a prescription. They want to enroll you in auto-refill and will then blast you with reminders. Store is dingy and dirty and the staff are rude. Also, there is always a line at the pharmacy.

The rite aid in shaler plaza on butler Street is truly the best pharmacy around..I swear to God weather you are getting a prescription or buying some up front every single person in there is special..Vince, Munn, Angie, Melissa, Shannon (pharmacy)Bonnie, Dave, Mark, and Elaine (coming back from surgery)Was missed..Every single person actually makes you feel like you're important and that is very very unique to have every person there be so nice and helpful...I needed a pharmacy I felt comfortable at because of past experiences and I found my pharmacy at least 7 years ago and won't go anywhere else...

I waited over 30 minutes at the pharmacy for a prescription that was called in the day before. Not only did I wait but so did the 6 other people in line. We were not even acknowledged or apologized to. I have been to many rite aids and never had an experience like this. When you're sick you shouldn't have to wait like that. I only chose this one because of the location. I will not be going back.

This was a great place but my schedule often puts me here after 8pm. Which was fine. Until they changed their hours and closed at 8pm. Then they tried to say it was to help serve the customers better. No it wasn't. That would be having been open longer not shorter.

I love this store, pharmacy. The staff is always joyful and Friendly. Willing to help and are very knowledgeable. Always ask if I need help with finding any item I am looking for and actually take me to the item. And they say Thank You. It is a pleasure shopping here. I do not know all the names of the staff but each and everyone of them are wonderful and care. Thank You all at Rite Aid in Etna, You are the best.

Shopping during these uncertain times can be stressful but the young man at the cash register was extremely helpful, patient and efficient helping me find my items. Bonus points for him reminding another customer to wear her mask as I never return to stores where they don’t mandate masks.

Lame brain at the cash register couldn't comprehend that the register didn't ring up the product i was buying at the sale price. Looked like he was pilled out.

In and out quickly. Prices were a little higher than usual; however, they had the inventory I was looking for regarding health needs.
