wow is TRACIE the most UNPROFFESSIONAL pharmacist that I have ever ever ever talked to in my entire life! She was so mean to me on the phone she said "I do not care!!!!!! I've never had a pharmacist tell me that they do not care, if she does not care about my adolescent child's mental health, then she should not be a pharmacist!!! and she definitely definitely definitely should've not been by herself!!! Why was she the only pharmacist back there??? I'm sure that that did not help the situation. This could've all been prevented if A. Rite Aid had a pharmacist that actually cared and B. that she had another pharmacist with her!!!!! never again will I go there!!!! and then she hung the phone up on me, as i was pulling in, so i went in there to see why she was so rude and hung up on me!!!!! I stood there in line for 15 minutues and when it was my turn at 5:59, She closed the gate in my face. I'm a longtime regular at Rite Aid & Vicki was not up to my expectations for a Rite Aid pharmacist.

Pharmacy does not communicate with each other and when I brought it to their attention I was told to be quiet so she could talk. Was very ignorant towards me, then she hung up on me.. still not answering the questions I had.

When Eckerd and Rite Aid merged, I had a bunch of Rite Aids near my home.A year or so ago, my Rite Aid was closed and I moved to one of the other close Rite Aids. This one is a stand alone with a drive through.The personalization just isn't there. They make the same mistakes with my name and even when I call, they don't see it. This doesn't include the pharmacist who has post it notes about the issue all over, but it still happens.

How about the boomers writing these bad reviews. Had to call in my prescription and no one answered? The RX refill line is AUTOMATED! Don't be a dinosaur and blame Rite Aid for your ineptitude. They closed 15 minutes early and that's worth a 1-star review? Blame your elected leaders for high gas prices, not the hardworking Rite Aid employees. This location is awesome. Pharmacists are great, other employees are great, nice clean restrooms and store floor. Quit being selfish because your own life sucks, all of you that are leaving 1 star reviews....

I had a terrible experience at Rite Aid last night. Despite have a confirmation and scheduled flu appointment, I was told by the pharmacist, Kate Petty, that I could not receive the flu vaccine. She admitted it was probably a "glitch" in their system, but she couldn't honor the appoinment because it would be wasting a flu vaccine. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. I have shopped at this Rite Aid for many years and filled prescriptions there. I will no longer use this facility.
