I visited the store on 2/19. I had to pick up a prescription that my doctor called in. Prescription was ready when I got there. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great pharmacy/pharmacist! Goes out of their way to be helpful. Rite Aid down the road in Monroeville was out of a critical drug. End of story for them and apparently not their problem to solve. Called the pharmacist at this store and he figured out a way to get the Rx filled. Real customer service!

Came here to pick up 2 prescriptions after visiting Med Express next door. I went directly to pharmacy so I can't say anything about the store or its employees. The lady who waited on me at pharmacy was so delightful. Very kind and inputted my info from the sheet that Med Express gave me. Told me my meds will be ready in 5 minutes...think it was less than that. She went over the instructions with me and the pharmacist put a treat in my bag. I can't make this store my pharmacy but I'm glad they're here if I need to visit Med Express.

Nice Rite Aid location. I've always like the store as you can usually find your pharmacy items that are needed. I'm glad it is located in our Penn Hills/Monroeville Community. It's much needed.

The pharmacist here is phenomenal, he went above and beyond to help get my daughters medicine over a holiday weekend. All the employees were very kind as well!

Honestly rude pharmacy. I was there before their lunch. Then they took lunch I had to wait half an hour to pick up prescription. Seriously, go find a better pharmacy not worth your time.

Really great group of people with the best customer service. Couldn’t ask for a nicer team of store associates or managers. I live in Penn Center so I frequent this store and have yet to have a negative experience, well except for a little run in with insurance but Pharmacist Jim was able to help me resolve that issue. He however will not let me live that down and we now have our own little inside joke.

BUYER BEWARE!! HOODWINKED!! Negative 0 stars! Check your receipt BEFORE you leave the store located at 3434 William Penn Highway! This was not a mistake. I purchased vitamins...match or mix...buy ONE get ONE free...BIG SIGN in front of vitamins. So I selected my items. Left store and went home! God gives you wisdom!! Thankfully, I checked my receipt. They had in stock only one package of vitamins I desired, so I told clerk to cancel it. It was canceled, BUT I was charged again!...$26.99!!! It gets worse! Next, I was charged for Fish Oil...full price for both items...$19.99 and 28.99. I asked the clerk, twice, will these items be discounted! She said "YES, you will receive the lower cost-$19.99 for both!" NOT SO! LIAR! I was charged for both. I was overcharged by $55.98!!! This hurts! I am unemployed like millions of people because of this pandemic! BUT $55.98 is wicked! The Lord God is my fortress!! I will keep my blood pressure low when I go back to get my money back plus money for my time! PLEASE BE CAREFUL, CHECK and DOUBLE CHECK!!!! Romans 8:28-29

This is a nice store with a wide variety of product.....but the reason for my review is the employees......I have always been waited on by extremely nice people. The staff here is really over the top fantastic....they go out of their way to help you.
