Horrible. My younger sister went to get toothpaste and candy for us and the older front desk lady berated her asking if she was soliciting or buying something and called her mute. She came home crying. I 100% believe it. Every time I go here the same older lady makes me feel so incompetent and unwelcomed. In what world should customer service make you feel this horrible? Everyone else is nice but this is unacceptable. She actually needs to be fired. I will try to not step foot back here again.

Although the pharmacy is fine, the front desk is completely awful. They are rude and lazy. Even if there is no one, literally no one in line, they want you to check yourself out, which wouldn't be so bad except their self-checkout machine doesn't work properly. There is a reason why Rite Aid is collapsing into bankruptcy, and this pharmacy on Cooke Lane is a perfect example why. They try to force you to use the inoperable, confusing self-checkout even if the cashiers are literally standing there with nothing to do. It's my choice if I want to check myself out or wait for a cashier to check me out. They have no clue how to provide courteous customer choice. In this store, the customer isn't always right, they are. This is a very bad to place to shop for anything, although the pharmacy employees are competent. But don't be surprised to find empty shelves and problems finding items that any competent place of business would have plenty of. If you are looking for a pharmacy, don't go here. You'll regret it.

Employees have been rude on multiple occasions. This Rite Aid is not a super busy location and when you ask an employee a question or for assistance or go to be rung out they act like you’re bothering them. Employees should be taught customer service it’s not rocket science.

Needed a few supplies, and couldn’t find a couple of them. When I couldn’t find an employee of the store I asked for help audibly and stated that I needed assistance. When an employee finally emerged they had an attitude, then complained about me to the cashier and other customers. As I’m standing in line that same cashier audibly enough for me to hear tells some customers checking out how much they hate customers that can’t ‘do their job’s and need help. Then when I mentioned that it’s ok to need help finding things the old lady with the glasses said whatever to me with disdain. Very poor experience at this location and I’ll be driving passed this rite aid from now on to shop somewhere less convenient but more hospitable.I do not recommend shopping here.

Went to the pharmacy yesterday and the man working there was super kind to me and took the time explaining things. Went there to measure my blood pressure. Great experience overall.

They Stole my $265.00 I loaded my paypal card at this location and never got the money. I called paypal they say its not there problem its rite aid and i went back to the store they told me it paypal problem? sure it its they stole

Absolutely terrible customer service and completely incompetent techs. Not helpful and abrasive. Don't have any clue how to do their job. Do not give this place money. Hung up on me after about 17 seconds into me asking 1 simple question. Every other pharmacy I called went the extra mile of looking at OH stock in other stores and recommended options. Including other rite aids. This place is garbage.

I wished I could remember the name of our cashier (#109420897) but she greeted my mom and me immediately as we walked into the store with a warm smile and directed us to what we were looking for. After a few minutes, she offered us help and made some great product suggestions that we really appreciated! She made us feel like old friends and even offered us coupons. Great shopping experience - she really knew her stuff and made it fun!

The staff is always willing to help you. The register lines move quickly. Staff is very pleasant. It's a great store. I go there fairly often.

The pharmacy team at this location is not so terrific. Med refill delays because they wouldn't answer the phone for two days.Moved our families scripts to a different pharmacy that is not a Rite Aid.

Karen lang is the worst store manager as possible she can barely do o her job n wants to sit n blame everyone else nobody there knows how to do there job the pharmacy never has the right prescription they can’t fill anything right I ended up in the hospital because of this pharmacy the workers there are so lazy that they won’t come out from behind the register they are even lucky if they know where anything is

OK so all recent reviews point towards problems in the pharm department. The front end of the store answers and are polite ppl, I respect that. I couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy and was transfered back and forth. It's infuriating. I'm calling around to find, for us uninsured, where to get vaccines and at low cost. Couldn't find an answer here so for everybody. Don't come here. Don't bother calling. Hope this place gets staff for the Holidays. Stay blessed

They do not answer the questions phone. I have been trying for almost two hours to get hold of someone to resolve an issue with my medication refill. At one point someone answered and I was told to hold. I was on hold for half an hour before I gave up and hung up. Luckily the medication there is an issue with is not one it is life-threatening to go without, but what if it had been? I understand they are probably short staffed, but if that is so consistently the case, maybe consider hiring more staff? This situation is completely unacceptable and from the other reviews it appears to have been a problem for a long time.
