I do not understand why Rite Aid at Grove Road and Cassie Village has to close from 130 to 2. Every day today I was standing waiting them for the open. There was two pharmacist and four technicians that I could see and you can tell me there for a half hour That they had to close so everybody could take a lunch at that time to me. That is just ridiculous.

I just called about an extreme life emergency medicine that could've been ordered as another rite aid is doing & the Pharmacist DYLAN, was extremely rude and disrespectful and when I asked for a supervisor he said it was his pharmacy and he basically owned it. That's crazy. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and in need of something very important and he acted like It couldn't be ordered or anything on top of his arrogant attitude. Shame on u Dylan!

The two times that I have been to this establishment and have had to deal with the pharmacist, I have been discouraged and let down both times. It has potentially been the worst experiences that I have had a very long time with any pharmacy.

I have been trying to reach someone in the pharmacy for several days now regarding my grandsons prescription. No body answers the phone's in the pharmacy. We had to have it transferred here due to ours usual Rite Aid on Rt51 closing. My grandson had a seizure and my daughter is unable to pick up the prescription. WE JUST NEED IT DELIVERED FOR PEET SAKE! But can't because no body picks up the phone or returns messages. We are having everything transferred to Spartin pharmacy on 51. Anyone dealing with these issues due to the many Rite Aids closing, I wouldn't pick this one!

After I politely told the woman at the front that i was going to use self check out, she still came over to me and told me that if i wanted the deal for the items i was buying that i needed rewards. she said “Yeah I was right, you *need* me”. Yeah but what I DIDN’T need was the attitude and cigarette breath

I recently had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The service I received at Rite aid caste village was excellent. The employees were very helpful and friendly and service was great.

The store associate needs a lesson in customer service or find a new career choice. If you are working in a position where customer's are coming to pickup prescriptions for whatever reason, they may be sick or disabled, so you need to be accommodating and helpful.

The people working here were very nice and helpful to me and the prices are reasonable for a pharmacy store though I think they should not require you to ask for a key to the bathroom as I had to

I was very impressed favorably on my first visit to and service from the Caste Village Rite Aid Pharmacy. The pharmacy associate attended to my need for prescription refills. One of them required a new prescription and the associate volunteered to acquire it from my physician. The medications were provided to me promptly, efficiently, and politely. The staff represented Rite Aid admirably. I will return.

Always great customer service both in the pharmacy and store. Shopping carts are clean and litter-free. Sale items for holidays are terrific. Store is spotless.

I would like to warn people about the pharmacy at Caste Village and give them a ZERO.After I insisted on an explanation of why they cancelled my Rx. that had refills remaining, they actually admitted that the physician's name was my past provider from Syracuse NY, they cancelled the Rx. written here in Pittsburgh from my new provider ( we moved here last year ).The pharmacist insisted " it's in the computer".I can understand human error, people goof on the computer....I get that. What I don't accept is the fact that they didn't apologize.I asked for an apology, and was told to leave. They told my daughter she wasn't eligible for her Covid booster, she was, she went to CVS and received it without delay.I hope this helps others find a pharmacy that can apologize for their mistakes.

Hi everyone, and especially to the manager at the Rite Aid located in Caste Village, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I just left your store and can't put into words how wonderful your employee Bri is. But I'll try. WOW!!!!! She is a breath of fresh air, helpful, professional and an ASSET to Rite Aid and their customers!!! And she smiled the whole time. I'm assuming the manager hired her and you have a gem. Good job. I've been in customer service my whole life and it's difficult finding someone like Bri. Thanks Bri for being you!
