Clean store and friendly staff. The shelves were getting pretty bare though.

The staff here is amazing - especially assistant manager Casey. He goes above and beyond every time, is patient, kind and professional. And persistent in trying to be helpful. What more can you ask from someone in retail?

It's a rite aide with a covered drive through and that's great. Pharmacist is always friendly Easy peasy for picking up your prescription meds. Inside they have the usual of a rite aide Over the counter drugs etc I love their nail polish selection if you can't find a good color or brand you won't anywhere else Sometimes the posted coupon savings are confusing. But cashier fixed the situation Friendly cashier

I went to Rite Aid to get a few items. Rite Aid does also have Nescafe French Toast instant coffee. I bought it., It was some of the best coffee ever. Thanks Rite Aid!

The pharmacy closes 1:30–2pm but this is nowhere to be found on their google maps hours. It is possible to provide both store/pharmacy hours separately and have breaks in the middle of day. CVS manages to do this just fine.

How can you responsibly have a pharmacy with such reduced hours? Closed all weekend, closed after six? This used to be a good pharmacy that was walking distance for me, but apparently Rite Aid isn’t willing to pay what it costs to keep people (or hire more). I feel foolish each time I remember I still have a prescription here; once I switch that I won’t be back.

Terrible pharmacy. Always short staffed. Went in for my prescription filled 1 day ago and they closed the door even when I came before closing time and said prescription wasn’t filled. Went back today and they said they’re “closed on the weekends now”. What is this? A pharmacy should lose their license if they can’t provide medication to customers at reasonable hours

The pharmacy at this store is chronically understaffed, and if they can't find any more workers, it should be shut down. They cannot handle the workload (through no fault of the staff they do have). People are relying on receiving their medications in a timely manner, and this Rite Aid is unable to provide this. For the past three months, they have never answered their phone. Not once (I have probably called 20 times). When a prescription is called in, it can take days for them to fill it. The lines are long. They closed the drive-through. Recently, I had Covid and my doctor called in Paxlovid to this pharmacy, (though I'd requested a different pharmacy). I tried calling them about delivery. No answer. I drove over and tried the drive-through. Closed. Finally, I had to go inside (sick with Covid) and wait in line because this was the only way to access my medication. It wasn't ready when I got there (despite having been called in more than 24 hours before.) There were moms with babies and old people in line with me. I felt awful, and the whole experience was terrible. I will never go there again.

Good luck getting a prescription filled on time or even getting in contact with the pharmacy. I have missed doses because they never followed up and it is impossible to contact someone working there. They got rid of their weekend hours and never proactively notified their patients. Pharmacy will sometimes be closed without notice, and it is always understaffed. It is negligent behavior that has the potential to harm their patients if patients can't access their prescription. I have used this pharmacy for years but now am switching to a different pharmacy. This Rite Aid needs to shut down immediately if they cannot fill and distribute prescriptions to their patients in a timely manner. How they are operating is is unethical. I genuinely feel bad for the staff and pharmacists working here because I can't imagine it's their fault, but rather whoever is running this store and pharmacy. They are putting patients' lives in danger.

I don’t think the problem is the pharmacists, the problem is the amount of them. I feel terrible for them because there are simply not enough. I was off my medication for almost 2 weeks having horrible side effects because none of my calls were answered; I called 12 times in one day with no response. I don’t always have the option to come and get my prescription so I like the delivery method but if I want to talk to a pharmacist I have to go in person, and they have odd hours that I cannot make usually. I will be changing pharmacies.

As other reviews mention, good luck getting a prescription here. I’ve called countless times, tried the drive-thru, walked into the store and have not been able to receive my medication. Used to love this location but it’s really bad now….

Literally never met a nice person at this pharmacy. Also the phone either rings and rings and then keeps going back to the main directory or they pick up and hang up on you. Poor management clearly. Not really hard to pay your pharmacist and pharm associates more so they respect customers and you actually can get enough people to want to work there and continue to do their job y’a know since rite aid is a billion dollar company and all… when I see poor customer service all I see is poor management and the higher ups being stingy lol. Nothing to do with the actual employees doing the job. DO BETTER.

This pharmacy has become more and more of a mess. Chronically understaffed, unfriendly, hours always changing, and don’t follow through on filling prescriptions. I recently called and got connected with someone, she put me on hold and clearly forgot about me, and then nobody would answer the phone when I called back. This was after she had all my information and could’ve called me back. My doctor called in a prescription last week that was never filled. There are never any apologies or any accountability. I’ve been a loyal Rite Aid pharmacy customer for so many years. I think it’s time for a change.

Honest to goodness I don't think this pharmacy could be worse if it tried. It's so understaffed that it has to randomly change hours without informing anyone (currently they are 10-6, M-F, no weekend hours--which means I had to call out of work just so I can get my meds), and because they're understaffed even in the middle of a weekday the line is at least 45 minutes. When they did have techs they seemed to have a habit of shouting out your exact prescription--loud enough that everyone in line has no trouble hearing. Sometimes it's not even the right prescription that they're shouting at you. I'm in the process of transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.
