Been using this pharmacy for 5+ years. During the pandemic, all pharmacies experienced shortages and staffing issues and this one was no different. Watched impatient customers yell at staff like they have any control over what gets stocked.
They have been great to me here. If they don’t carry what I need, they always find it for me. They will call if prescriptions will be severely delayed. I have never had an issue with them answering unless it’s during their lunch time hours. They work hard despite being grossly overwhelmed on most weekdays. Most times my prescriptions are filled the day of and if they are busy, it might take a day or two at most.

The staff here is amazing - especially assistant manager Casey. He goes above and beyond every time, is patient, kind and professional. And persistent in trying to be helpful. What more can you ask from someone in retail?

It's a rite aide with a covered drive through and that's great. Pharmacist is always friendly Easy peasy for picking up your prescription meds. Inside they have the usual of a rite aide Over the counter drugs etc I love their nail polish selection if you can't find a good color or brand you won't anywhere else Sometimes the posted coupon savings are confusing. But cashier fixed the situation Friendly cashier

I went to Rite Aid to get a few items. Rite Aid does also have Nescafe French Toast instant coffee. I bought it., It was some of the best coffee ever. Thanks Rite Aid!

They had one person on staff. Literally waited an hour before I was seen (with 5 people in front of me) for an issue that could have been resolved with a phone call. Unfortunately they never pick up the phone. They might as well rip it out of the wall. Never again.

Pharmacy failed to provide meds in time. Never answer the phones. No one in the pharmacy half the time.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how no one answers the phone here, I’ve literally been calling for 20 minutes now , the pharmacy and the front , no answer from either one .
