I enjoy doing instacart in my spare time. When I entered the store I was looked at from the minute I stepped in. There were a few people in the store, but not many. As I was looking for my items, the manager on duty 2/8/2024 in the early morning, asked if I needed help and assisted me in shopping to get me out faster. I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes and this was asked half way through my shopping. I allowed them to assist me, but it was to the point where they basically took my phone to scan it and put it in the cart for me.( that’s how it felt) again there were other people in the store but no one else received this “special” treatment. I’m a tall dark guy with dreads, this isn’t anything new but it still grinds my gears up when racial profiling is this blatant. You can’t cover racism with kindness.

I scheduled to pick up my prescription at the rite aid and I have been twice during "pharmacy hours" and each time they were closed.

There were a very long line at the front register, but the pharmacy was empty. nobody in line. The pharmacy staff is sitting there playing the phone. When I asked the pharmacist to ring me out a first aid item, she refused. You rite aid should all convert to Walgreens. Even CVS has a better customer service than you.

I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for years. Came to pick one up today. Apparently the pharmacy is now closed on Saturdays? I wasn’t aware and received attitude from an employee when I asked what time the pharmacy opens today - told me I should read the (tiny) sign on the door. Switching pharmacies to one that actually cares about their customers and has normal operating hours. Or at least doesn’t treat people poorly.

I come to this Rite Aid often to pick up those forgotten things, and these guys always take good care of me. Everything is always clean and tidy whenever I come, and the line always moves quickly at the registers, no matter how many people are already there waiting. The staff have always been polite and helpful. I hope they don't get tired of me coming, because that isn't going to stop anytime soon!

I waited two hours for a bottle of ibuprofen that I ended up leaving without because I wasn’t gonna continue to wait for a 3rd hour of being there. I went there 3 times today and they lost my prescription completely unreal. the pharmacists were taking their good old time everyone got their stuff who had to sit down before me and I was there before them I’m never coming back to this place to get medication ever again.

I signed up online for a covid booster shot-easy enough! I arrived a little early and they fitted me in the schedule... so far so good!! But as the pharmacist lady was using the syringe, she paused to interject something about another prescription for another customer... I was nervous wondering if she is more focused the other issue (a pharm tech was already helping that person). She stopped 2 more times to address that customer b4 helping me (yes, i was there first). When she finally came over I mentioned my concern about her attention to my vaccine/care. I asked her to give me the name of the drug and my name, which was correct. As she walked away she said "thats why all the pharmacist are quiting and as soon as she finds another job she is out!!" Rude, inconsiderate and nasty come to mind!! i will never go back!

They always run out of the only few things I ever want. If a regular customers comes all the time for the same few things, make sure it is stocked!
