Prescription was sent in for a refill, pharmacist submitted question back to my doctor confirming the dosage, doctor confirmed. 2 days later I call to ask if I can come get my prescription in 6 hours, pharmacy says yes, it will be ready. Prescriptions were not ready and were incorrectly dispensed. No apology for the mishap and 20 minutes later I’m asked why my doctor wrote the specific tablet amount? If you questioned the dosage, why didn’t you question the tablet count? Employees were unprofessional on many levels.

Overall good place. Cashiers and pharmacists are nice and good. Lots of food, hygiene items, mddicine, etc.

Subs the other rite aid have closed the customer service has really gone down hill. Amen you call the pharmacy they either send you back to the main line. Or answerand put you straight on hold with it saying anything. Then will literally just let you sit there listening to music. I get that there busy but if you have a question you should be able to get someone on the phone. Currently sorting on hold after being kicked to the main menu . Listening to music for 10 minutes. And it isn't even good music. There's no Consolation

I am going to be switching pharmacies in the near future. I have a prescription for a time sensitive medication meaning it has to be started as soon as possible.
I get a call from tbe automated system telling me it's out of stock. I call the store to ask for ETA on when they might have it... I couldn't even get a guarantee that they would have it in 48 hours. They didn't offer to check the stock at other local rite aids. They are literally jeopardizing people's health and wellbeing. Simply unacceptable.

had my boyfriend go pick up my prescription and was told “we don’t have it here” i call and she says “he didn’t have his id that is policy!” and that was not the case. they have it sitting in there and he was not even asked for a form of id either!! they just purposefully kept it knowing they had it? i don’t get it. switching pharmacies IMMEDIATELY

This is a very nice Rite aid. It is very clean has well stocked shelves AND the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Nobody ever to answer the phones..I take medication I need to take daily in the morning & have had no so good days when issues occurred..Needless to say I’ve been 2 days without..I just can’t help but think what if it were somebody with a more serious condition in my spot??

I really want to say thank you. Without my Rite Aid Store located on Noblestown Road 15220 I would be lost. Your 'peeps' hold our families medical records. They have our doctors and other medical personnel on file and always send me reminders to pick up meds. The staff is efficient, discrete and understanding behind the pharmacy window. The staff at the registers are always helpful and kind and help finding the right product to go with the right deal at the time. I love this store. Lately I have heard rumors that many stores will be closing and I pray it is not my store that goes. My answer would be longer if it might save a wonderful and model store from closure, but computers are not my best method of conversation, so onward with the survey!

I’m giving them two stars because the front of the house is awesome the cashiers are great but the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare waiting in store or in the drive-through called my prescription at 3 PM the day before pulled up at 11 AM the day after and prescription was not ready They are completely always backed up but our serious about their lunch. The pharmacy needs a serious fixing

I made an appointment to get my Covid vaccine. i wanted the Pfizer since I had some trouble with previous doses. i went for my appointment and was told they didn't have any Pfizer doses at this time. i asked why I wasn't contacted and she said very mater of factly "Because we are too busy". i then asked if they could call me when they got the vaccine in. She again said No, you will need to call us because we are too busy. Needless to say i got my vaccine elsewhere. Won't go back!
