The Rite Aid on Atwood used to be 24/7 and now they open at 8am in a busy college area with first responders/essential workers like we don't buy stuff before 8am. No wonder why they are going bankrupt.

They have what you need! I bought some gloves and a hat here on a cold winter day.

Everytime I go in here, which is often odd times…3:30 am, etc. the people are always all smiles, kind, and give exceptional service and assistance. I work in management and am always surprised by how great they are at such wild hours and love seeing them! They definitely deserve raises, bonuses, whatever can be gifted to them considering the dedication they pour into their positions! For reference I have moved over 50 times across our country. Been to a lot of rite aids haha. They are awesome here!

Cashier was extremely rude and store was dirty and outside has been cluttered with delivery bins for days. Stay away if you care about cleanliness and friendly cashiers!

Come here for all your late night snack needs. Close down Bootleggers and craving something to eat? You're in luck they're open 24/7.

It would be one star or none if were not that USUALLY Rite Aid is convenient and the experience there is not bad EXCEPT on May25, 2018 early in the morning, about 1:15. At the Rite Aid on Atwood St in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh, PA. Among other complaints I wanted to buy an American Express gift card but the manager refused to sell it to me saying I could not use my JCP card. She was in fact I think quite wrong as a bought an American Express gift card with my JCP card only perhaps two days earlier at the same store.. Although there is a statement that gift cards requiring a PIN must be bought with cash , in my experience no PIN is required for the card I wanted. I was so irritated with her ignorance (lack of knowledge) that I admiiited raising my voice. Long story short, I am now banned from all Rite Aid Stores. Could she not have said, "Sir, if you will lower your voice I will give you the oportunity to discuss the problem."

Items on your food list that you need to pick up and go. Prescription service. Store has a wide variety of products. The lines at checkout are so long they almost reach the the back of the store. Many times I've walked in and saw the lines and just walked back out.

Only accepts cash for money orders. Never heard that rule in my life. Had to use their crappy atm for an additional $3.50 fee. Won't be coming back.

The Rite aid behind this one is open all night. Really weird that there are 2 right next to each other.
