There have been two pharmacist at the Rite Aid on Pennsylvania Ave. Two young men dedicated to caring for the needs of their customers. They have both gone above and beyond in providing not only good service for myself but also for my mother during her life. We were not just customers, we were people to them and they treated us like friends, kind, compassionate, caring. Never taking out their frustrations on the customers,as stores close and their workload increases. Thank you both for the past ten years of service and caring for all our pharmaceutical needs and more.

Management is horrible. They don’t care about their employees.

Hay prescription dropped off at 9:40a. Went back at 3:00p and scrips were still not ready. So I called with no answer then called back and got placed on hold, when the cashier answered and transferred me back to the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that they had been working on prescription from 3 days ago! I told her that this was very unacceptable and she rudely interrupted me and said I agree with your complain. They were very rude and now I know why they're going bankrupt!

I do not feel safe shopping here anymore. There's a woman who seems mentally ill who regularly stands inside the store, either by the door or next to the counter, talking or shouting nonstop (that's not hyperbole -- it's nonstop) to the air with an angry scowl on her face, always turning to directly face people who apparently walk past her too closely. Tonight, she was there at the door when I came in. When I got my item and went to the counter, for the first time, I saw the woman standing 100% behind the counter with no one apparently objecting. I admit, it was pointless for me to ask, "Does she work here?", but I was just flabbergasted by how the single employee was just ignoring her. No, maybe it's not safe to tell her to leave, but in that case, is it safe to just stand next to her without leaving or telling other people to leave or calling for help? Well, me asking that got her attention, and she looked right at me, and while I lost track of a lot of her words, "I'm gonna walk up your ramp!" stood out and made me gasp. Our house does indeed have a wheelchair ramp. I've never interacted with her near our house. Did she follow me? Watch which house I went into? She continued shouting at me after that, not making any sense but apparently mad at me. Is there really nothing the store can do to stop this woman from harassing and threatening customers? If she's not dangerous, they should be able to ask her to leave. If she is dangerous, there must be a procedure in place for keeping people who are too dangerous to confront out of your store. Calling 911, or the cops, or APS, or the hospital and asking someone to remove her? I can't believe their best solution is to just let her stand behind the counter shouting at customers and now threatening to show up where they live without doing ANYTHING about it.

An hour wait to get a vaccine shot!! Might just say this location doesn't do vaccines - yes they where busy but there where 3 people behind the counter - and right now there has been no one in line for the past 10 min and the couple a head of me that have been sitting inside for an hour are still not getting there shots .... Would give a zero if I could...

I like this Rite Aid it offers a variety of products for people of color.Especially hair products. Meanwhile the other Rite Aid on Brighton carries very few products for people of color. Like the pharmacy clerks are pleasant and do not mind answering questions, as well as coming from behind counter to assist you in finding what you are looking for.

Placed an order they said was ready but they couldn't find and had no concerns about refunding. They did ultimately reverse the charge for it and called me back days later, but it was still a surreal experience. So, apparently they just don't train their staff. I am a live-in caregiver for a disabled man who, among other things, is on the spectrum and has to have a specific type of Rite Aid toothbrush. So I found it online and placed an order for in store pick up, figuring that would be easier than going in and searching for it. We get the email in the evening that the order is ready for pick up. I go in the next day, less than 24 hours later, to pick it up. the cashier calls for a manger, looks at the shelf, and says it's gone, someone put it back. Well, how long do you have to pick up an online order? Both she and the man who responded to her call have no idea. Can they look it up in the system? They have no idea how. Can they check to see if he was refunded? They have no idea how, insisting they're still in training.I get home and confirm there is NO email saying his order has been reshelved and his money refunded. As of right now, he has no refund but still has an email saying his order is ready for pick up. The nonchalant response of the employees absolutely blows my mind. They didn't cast around for pointless solutions like "I'll let my boss know, please call this number tomorrow." They just shrugged and acted like they didn't need to do anything. "Yeah, the order you paid for isn't here, you get no merchandise and no refund. What? Why are you acting like that's not normal?" The reaction was SO bizarre, it was more like how employees would act in a comedy sketch parodying annoying retail employees, like that Complaint Department sketch on All That.Rite Aid, if you can't train enough staff to run a location, CLOSE IT! How they can get away with taking people's money and just... not giving you what you ordered blows my mind. I have NEVER interacted with employees THIS incompetent and ill-prepared for their job, for something as basic as handing over an online order. Wow. Just wow. I don't care if it's their fault or management's fault, it's unacceptable.

It’s ok, could def use a remodel and some self scans. Parking lot could certainly use more attention, clean up, additional trash bins, etc.
