Mike is completely straightforward and does excellent work at a reasonable cost. Mike can handle almost any work but if a job is out of his expertise, he recommends a reliable shop.Services: Tires

Mike is awesome, he won't make you do unnecessary repairs and is very to the point. I go to him for anything from inspections to brake work. He's very old school but in the best way possible, and is looking to help you instead of take advantage of your situation. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, reasonable prices, close to everything in the East End. Mike is true professional. And, as a bonus, it's next door the Frick Park Market that features the best deli sandwiches in town.

Without question, this is the best garage with the best mechanic in the city. Even when I lived in the North Hills I would still bring my car here because I could trust and know that my car was in the best hands possible.

I've lived in Point Breeze for nearly 6 years so I was really hoping to find an honest mechanic near my home. Unfortunately, I did not. Mike ripped me off badly, plain and simple. He quoted me a price over the phone for everything he told me he was going to do then handed me a bill for almost $300 more than what he said when I picked up my car. He basically played d*** when I asked why he didn't tell me over the phone what the total cost would be. Since my experience, I've talked to friends that also live in the neighborhood who have been ripped off. Mike will charge you for things that he doesn't actually repair/replace, etc. Even if this isn't what he does all the time, it's not worth the risk. Also, he replaced brake pads and rotors on my front end and they've made a terrible grinding noise ever since. Go to Homer's in Greenfield.

Today the windows on my Subaru would not go up. I could see that it was about to rain and I was panicked that the rain would get into my car. I drove over to Reynolds Motor and spoke to the owner Mike. He immediately stopped what he was doing and spent 30 minutes fixing the widow mechanism on my car. What great service! If It weren't for Mike's fantastic customer service my car would be full of water!

Very first time was a great experience. Got a nail in my tire and they sealed it up right away for 7 bucks or something. They aren't exactly the most friendly group, but I chalk that up to being in the industry (although I have been to other garages that cared more). The second time was turning out to be another good experience as I needed 4 tires mounted, balanced etc. Unfortunately the following day one of the tires ran a flat which was a Saturday. I called and left a voicemail inquiring about it and seeing if it was salvagable.... I never heard back from them about my concern. Any reasonable and caring business profession would at least call up and see what had happened. It's only proper business etiquette, but not calling up a customer is an easy way to lose business. Went to pepboys last minute and they did the job and we were relieved. Definitely not going back to Reynolds.

Got a flat tire leaving my house this morning, called them and they patched it and I had my car back early in the afternoon. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I had been taking my car to the dealership for maintenance and repairs, but after this experience, I think I'll give them a try. What a great gem in the neighborhood.

I second the previous review -- this is a great "mom and pop" type shop (and I used to manage one so I know what I'm talking about.) Don't let the modest appearance fool you -- these are good mechanics. Besides being within walking distance of my office, they are only two blocks from Penn Avenue buslines and 4 blocks from the East Busway so it's easy to drop off your car on the way to work if you live in the East End. They are friendly, efficient, skilled and, at least in my experience, honest, and their prices are very reasonable. They replaced the timing chains in both of my Volvos for less than half what the dealer was asking. They are very up front about what really needs to be done on your car and have never failed to perform the work within the estimated time.
