very unprofessional clinical staff. refused to answer a yes or no question all because i stop going 4 years ago. i stop going because of how unprofessional they are. i was reminded right away why I left. way better PCP out there. my advice is find a new one

Excellent. Dr. Smuckler is one of the best physicians I've ever been to. Nurses, assistants & office staff at RFP are the best. They have gone above & beyond for me when i needed help. Very professional.

Horrible. I do not recommend going here. They do not care about their patients. I was there for a TB test and physical last year and just needed a paper saying when I was there and they refused to sign it. They said because it wasn’t my primary care practice…

My family and I have been patients here since we moved to the area 20 years ago. The group of doctors & staff are very good. Always thorough and listen. They even have ability to draw blood in office and x-rays, when needed. Amazing group of doctors. Our doctors have been there for years and know their patients well. If there is an illness that needs quick appointment, they have morning walk-in clinic hours too. Love them.

I was a patient at the Glenshaw office, Dr.Stephanie Huko was my primary care dr. I went there with severe back pain, for three months I complained about my pain but couldn't find the cause. I went to another dr. She took one look at my mri and said .." your back is broken" I had a major fracture and an infection on my spine. To top it off, Huko gave me a hard time when it came to prescribing something for pain. Never ever again!!!

Been going to Dr. Smuckler for about a decade and I couldn't recommend him enough. He is very kind and friendly while always having an upbeat attitude. He is professional and listens when you have anything you'd like to bring up and I never feel like he is trying to rush me out the door.

Dr. Hucko is such a wonderful doctor! Her nurse assisting her, Caitlyn(sp?), was the best I’ve ever had! Did not feel the flu shot at all, and she had the best chair side manner! Highly recommend these two if you need a new doctor!

I've been coming here for a long time, maybe upwards of 10 years, to see Dr. Frankel. I've lived and worked in and around the North Hills during this time so this location has always been easy to get to. While this is a UPMC facility (sorry, not a huge UPMC guy), I've always been appreciative of Dr. Frankel and the attention, follow-up and care he provides. He listens and he cares.

Dr Frankle is hands down the best.. always takes the time to listen to you're needs and never rushes you out the door... I trust him with my life and would never think about ever going to see anybody else... He's also the nicest guy in the world..

I was told I « couldn’t hold up a room. » I was escorted back to the waiting room to complete paperwork for my job or I never would have come here. The nurses were rude, I was rushed out and once I found the paperwork after waiting a month to get to my appointment I was told I would need to schedule another to come back. This place is a mess.
