Good selection, prices are fair and staff is quick and helpful. If they had smaller rements and more reasonable prices id be on for 5 stars. Still worth the stop and you will probably find what you are looking for.

Purchased carpet for stairs and had it installed quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff were all very helpful in guiding us toward an appropriate carpet for our needs. When getting carpet installed you pay for the carpet at the time of purchase and then pay the installer separately once completed via check or cash.

We had luxury vinyl flooring/baseboards installed Mid Oct. Kitchen, dining rm & living rm. What a fantastic decision that was. Installer Tim Berry & associate (no subs) were so thorough, neat & worked like a well-organized dance. Loved to watch--had my own HGTV show only better. Job completed in three days and never did I feel in the way. Even with my basset, Gracie. Every day I come downstairs and am amazed and love how beautiful it looks, especially with the Christmas decorations. Have purchased from them before and will continue to do so. They are the best!

Tonight I visited their showroom for my second time. First time I was there was 2 years ago- I ordered a runner for hard wood steps. Andy was very pleasant and provides wonderful customer service. Randy did our installation and he was wonderful as well. Tonight, I visited to get a few area rugs made. Andy again, provided wonderful customer service, very helpful and efficient. The prices are great also. Even IF prices were a little more, I wouldn’t mind it because of the service you receive. Lowe’s and other big chain stores that sell carpet or flooring don’t even compare- there’s no match. Lowe’s employees are useless and can never answer any questions. I will continue to give Remnant City and refer any friends and family!

I like this place because it really simplifies shopping for carpet. All the rolls are right there, so you pick from a few dozen big rolls that give a good idea of what it really looks like versus hundreds of little swatches. No pre-measuring and installation was scheduled for less than two away.

SO GLAD I went there today to get a carpet for my living room, which will have the edges bound AND! it will be ready the day after tomorrow. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week, so I was very happy. Andy was very helpful.and patient. My 2nd time going there. Great place!

Not a bad place unless you’re black or a mixed couple and the lady says “are you aloud to have carpet in Churchview Gardens” meanwhile my wife and I own a very nice home, thought we would go here and get carpet for our game room and we’re met with this disgusting display of ignorance. This happened a few years ago, but it has stuck with me ever since, I would never shop here and I make sure to let everyone know about their bigotry.

Bought carpet from them before Christmas. Great installation so back to pur hse two more rooms from Andy. Their installers do a quality job.
