The sales person wasnt much help he couldnt locate my account to get my boots repaired or exchanged. I took them to where i bought them they found me right away with the same information i provided.

We had a great experience with Heather at this Red Wing store! She was very patient and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and wanted to thank her for her extra time, and the foot scanner in the store was incredible! Highly recommend going into the store instead of buying online, as we ended up learning we wore different sizes than we thought. Thanks again!

Came into the store 10 minutes before closing and the sales associate was very helpful and gave me my true size for Redwing. I definitely recommend this store.

The associate was not very friendly. Helped other customers while I was trying to try on and buy boots. Just not a friendly guy. He seemed annoyed to half to deal with me. And he was borderline nasty. I have no desire to go in the store again. I felt uncomfortable. He didn't want to help with much. I spent over $300 on boots and that's how I get treated?

This was on there boot truck. It was very poor. Did not have the right size of boot,gave me a size smaller insoles for the boots I ordered told him they were one size to small told him to just send thw right size with the boots he would not do it.so I got stuck with a size small insoles. Very rude the whole time I was on the truck .thinking of going with some one else next time.

I went in for a particular style that this store (and none in the Pittsburgh area) carried. The sales staff was somewhat helpful, but their selection is limited to mainly work boots and shoes, really few of the casual Heritage styles Red Wing makes. You are better off ordering online if that is what you are looking for. Overall, it is a nice store and the place to go for good workboots or work shoes.

Walked in after work one day due to not having any tread left on my boots in under 2 months of owning them. I was a little irritated about it but the gentleman working the counter changed my attitude instantly with his greeting.

The boot truck had the boot I wanted, he fit was great and comfortable. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Walked in, immediately greeted, asked if they had a model of shoe I seen on the website, they didn't but was offered a very similar shoe. Found a different model that I had before, but was able to get the upgraded version. Checked out and was on my way with what I needed for work in under 20 mins.
