Despite signs advertising that the store closes at 6, employees do not allow customers to shop past 5:30 and repeatedly (and aggressively) insist all customers get in line so that they can tidy the store for close. Happens every time. They should just state the store hours end at 5:30 so people don't make the trip out there only to be unable to shop. I get wanting to get through a closing routine as quickly as possible (also work in retail) but if you don't want people shopping past 5:30, don't say your hours go to 6pm.As mentioned by other reviews there are no dressing rooms and the store is cash only with an available ATM.

Every single pair of used Under Armor or Nike shorts are priced at $15 each. You can get them for the same price or cheaper brand new at TJMaxx or Ross. They’re out of their minds with their outrageous prices. Even on half off day you’re hardly getting any deals. I think they forgot that they’re a THRIFT store not a department store. I’ve been shopping here for YEARS and they’ve never been so greedy with their prices until recently. They used to be my preferred thrift store, but with their recent dramatic price increases they’re close to losing my business all together.

Zero. Staff wouldn't sell me a top because it didn't have a price tag. Asked them to price it for me. Was told "come back tomorrow to purchase!!!!" Policy makes no sense. Store lost a sale and a customer.

***CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS INCLUDING MINE THAT REVOLVE AROUND THE EMPLOYEES***I’ve gone here for 4 years and love the thrill of the hunt. I always find great things - Doc Martens, Uggs, quality outerwear and quality casual wear. The only negative experience I have is the employees. A shrill “NEXT!!!!” in line sends shivers down your spine while you wait in fear to be called up to the check out desk. The fact that the employees’ cash registers and stations are elevated so they stand above you is intimidating enough, let alone when you walk up without being called or forget to remove your hangers before you are called on. Heaven forbid you leave your cart further than two feet away from you at any time - the employees will swiftly let you know this is a no no. “Whose cart is this!!!?” Yet you can’t really fit the carts down the aisle as easily as you once could, so leaving it at the endcap of the aisle makes the most sense. I know, first world problems, but I will say the employee experience has left a bad taste in my mouth SO many times that at this point (even though I LOVE the items within the store), I do have to ask myself before parking if the thrill of the experience outweighs the negative interactions with literally every employee.

They have cool stuff but it's all overpriced and they have garbage which is also overpriced. They have things in there that are used and beat up that you can find cheaper brand new other places. If this is to punish resellers its stupid because they get everything for free and if everything was cheap they would make more money and the customers in need/ resellers would be happier but nope got to gate keep pricing so no one can get ahead and so poor people cant afford anything

Sad dirty place, prices are insane. Employees are strange and rude. They sell product used and abused for often more than retail. Also sell untested electronic’s, games , etc for more than the Exchange & gamestop. Which is crazy because red white & poo offers no warranty or returns.

An overall basic Thrift store that has mostly clothing. Main problem is the prices are ridiculously high for a place that gets everything for free. Otherwise not too bad when it comes to selection.

Thrifting is a pass-time we enjoy as a family and this one does not disappoint! I am teaching my teenage daughter about housekeeping & frugality so she actually prefers thrifting over regular shopping. We have literally spent hours here before and left with some pretty awesome finds. Although my husband and I have decided to never go on the weekend anymore as it is super crowded and the aisles are uncomfortably narrow. It is still pretty crowded during the week but not as bad, in our experience anyway.

Love the color sale system. Always leave with something. Great selection on clothes. Can always find name brand pursesCashiers are super rude. I have been there at least 6-8 times and everytime certain ones are screaming for you to move up next in line like the customers are cattle being pushed to slaughter. They are not helpful or friendly in any form or fashion. Their job is to ring you up and shove you out of their way for the next customer. No hello, no how's your day, no thank you. I can't believe management allows this honestly...but hey they get great business and the almighty dollar rules.

Huge selection of good quality things, but the prices are definitely way higher than any other thrift store, close to retail prices. Also, the management seems overly strict on the workers from what I've seen - the cashier watched me take something out of my cart and the price tag fell off, said she couldn't sell it to me and pointed out that there's cameras at every checkout and she would get in trouble. Told me I would have to come back the next day once they reattach the tag and see if I can find it on the shelf again. Really?...

This place is so disgusting. It's over priced and I've found bugs all over the place. This is my third time finding a stink bug here, and it was inside a bag they were selling
