If you are looking for even mediocre customer service you are in the wrong place. This facility is currently inaccessible due to road construction. When I called customer service not only were they extremely rude, but they also essentially told me too bad and that I should contact the state to find out when THEIR business would actually be accessible.I understand that they can not control construction but you would think that as a business they would 1) contact their customers and let them know and 2) know an estimated timeline. I can't even close my account because I can't access my stuff!

Had to toss most of my items due to bed bugs getting into unit. Called the Red Dot number. No refund given even though this was not my fault and I recommended facility get it treated, they wouldn't confirm if or when they would treat it. Truly disappointed.

If you need reliable access to your stuff this is not the place. The gate is constantly malfunctioning and not able to be opened. Calling for service is all but useless. They will come at their leisure to fix the problem temporarily and it will happen over and over. I have been locked out well over a dozen times since renting a unit here.

Horrible storage. I ordered this unit on Sunday Oct 17 2020. Today is October 22 2020. Since then I have been stuck in the facility twice and had to wait for a supervisor to come and open the gate. It’s only one entrance. And customer service is very rude. I asked for a refund and to move my things out. But I can’t even do that because I am currently locked outside because of this gate. If you use the facility frequently this isn’t for you not reliable at all!
