I chose RPM to manage my rental property after contacting three different companies. Only RPM responded quickly, provided all the information I needed, and had the best management fees. Colin has been great to work with. He walked the property with me and helped with the necessary repairs that needed to be done. Within one month he had it rented and for more than what I had anticipated. As an out-of-state investor, it is important to be able to trust your management company. I highly recommend Colin and the RPM team.

I am extremely disappointed with the management and handling of our recent kitchen renovation. When we moved in, the kitchen was not renovated along with the rest of the house. The management company assured us that the renovation would be completed in July-August 2023, but they only started the work on July 22, 2024. It has now been five and a half weeks, and we are still without a functioning kitchen.
The work was initially promised to be completed in two weeks, and despite being given a half-month rent discount last year for the expected inconvenience, the delays this year have been unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the management company suggested that we use a sink in the basement during this time—an impractical and unsafe suggestion, especially when carrying hot water or dirty dishes down the stairs.
The delays have significantly impacted our daily life, and the lack of communication and accountability from the management company has made the situation even more stressful. Despite requesting fair compensation for the extended delays, we have yet to see any meaningful action.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this management company to anyone who values timely service, reliable communication, and respect for tenants’ needs.

5 stars for Logan, the listing agent that rented me my place. He has been super helpful and responsive, which has been rare when dealing with RPM.
In general, 3 star review. My utility set up was ridiculously over complicated requiring multiple calls for each utility and having to start then cancel service with multiple places. Then once I got in, the only wifi provider they said I was able to get had run all new wire as the apartment was not ready to receive them. The utility guy, Lan, was super unresponsive, taking 4+ hours to respond to a question, and even completely ignoring questions.
I have no specific issues with my property manger other than a lack of responsiveness. I can understand 30 minutes - 1.5 hours if busy during the day, but 4 hours for a simple question is crazy.

This management company is INCREDIBLE. I talked with Colin, who helped me as an out of state investor looking at a 6 unit property. He walked the property for me, sent detailed videos explaining the condition of the property as my "boots on the ground." The information he gave me was priceless and gave me so much clarity to make a decision I feel good about.
