If I could give zero stars I would. The person who helped my wife & I, if you could call it “helping”, was very rude & condescending. She acted like we were bothering her when we asked to look at a shirt that was hung high. She was also put off when my wife wanted to use the fitting room. We assume she was a manager or team leader because of the way she bossed people around. I was going to buy a hoodie & my wife was going to buy a shirt also, but we both decided not to because of how we were treated. Rallyhouse lost out on $120 in sales & we will never shop in the North Shore store again. We didn’t get a name but she had long pink dyed hair & had multiple tattoos. Her appearance, while not the way we would look if we were visible to the public in retail, had nothing to do with this review. It was simply her attitude which also was reflected by the other staff who weren’t friendly or helpful either. Lots of people standing around talking.

This Rally House store sells fan merchandise for local sports teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and Panthers. This store had a particular Steelers jersey in stock when other stores did not have it. The jersey had a good quality and a fair price. The employees did not make any mistakes with processing my transaction or with packaging the jersey.

Great merchandise for Pittsburgh sports fans… However, the glaring issue at hand is the customer service. On Mar. 7, 2024, I observed the female employee working dayside at the register (not sure what position she was) act rude and confrontational towards a customer who was hard of hearing (HOH), because the customer didn’t catch something the woman had mumbled. When you mumble, don’t try to pick a fight when someone doesn’t hear you. Why do Rally House employees shame and embarass paying customers for having a disability?I’ll probably get a pre written apology from a PR worker, but it would have been nice to hear an apology from the female individual. Having interpersonal communication skills is one of the main requirements of working in customer service, is it not? Clearly that’s not the case here!

Rally House is a chain that sells merchandise for sports teams (e.g., shirts, hats, mugs, flags, and gloves), and it has stores across the U.S. This particular store is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. My father-in-law wanted a particular Steelers jersey. This jersey was sold out at competing businesses, but this Rally House had it in stock for the usual price. I ordered the jersey through their website, and a store employee soon shipped it through USPS Ground Advantage. The next day, the USPS delivered the package to me. The store employee had packed the correct product and the correct size. My father-in-law enjoys this jersey very much. I feel thankful that this store sold it to me. Please note that I have not visited this store in-person recently, so I do not know how the employees communicate.

March 7, 2024 was a second visit to the North Shore Rally store. Much different than last year. Your employee was rude and confrontational because I was unable to hear her mumbling. I'm am hard of hearing. Not that I should explain my disability but a normal hearing person would have had trouble hearing this individual. Besides she was rude and ignorant. Picked up on that when we went into the store. We purchased our merchandise but may never be back. The gentleman at the store was fine. He witnessed her rudeness and if he was the manager shame on him for allowing any employee to represent this store with such poor customer service. If she worked for me it would have been her last day of employment. Shame on you and if you're that miserable in your job find another one. Sorry you had to wait on us but that's your job. I feel sorry for you!!! I'll be notifying the Americans with Disability Act representatives. You'll be hearing from them too.

Just like the other Rally House's in PGH, this location is so fun! Great product! Team members are amazingly helpful. The last time I was in, Sarah was working and she really took the time to help me find some amazing gifts for friends and family. LOVE!

Very friendly personnel, however, they scanned our merchandise and it wasn’t keyed in correctly. They overcharged me five dollars on two items on my credit card. I was told I have to physically go to the store with my merchandise. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and I keep getting the runaround and I’m waiting for a call today from someone’s boss. It will cost me more than my $10 refund it to drive two hours into the city and pay to park to go to the store located between two stadiums. I really don’t understand why they cannot credit my credit card. I have sent them all the photos and they even emailed me my receipt. Very poor customer service.

I've been here previously and never an issue. Yesterday we were at PICKLESBURGH but lines were too long to get a pickles T-shirt. We were out to get a bite to eat and my wife really wanted a T-shirt. I ordered on the website and said we will pick up on our way home. Simple right. I arrive maybe 3 hours later after purchasing the $28 T-shirt and selected pickup. The first guy is ignoring me at the register, the second guy was customer friendly and said how can I help you, then the first guy shouted my name. He said let me ring you out. Then the other guy apologized and said it will be a few minutes. We got new systems. In the meantime the first guy went to get the manager. She came out from the back in a mood. She was telling him this works and just rolling up with attitude. She asked me if I received an email with a barcode. I said I have an email but no barcode. I said what is that mean, she said we can't provide your shirt without. I said it was deducted from my bank account. It is right there and I have confirmation. So that sounds silly.. Her voice got loud and she drilled into me, I had the guy hand me the T-shirt. I said I have it and can go and she told me off more.. then I said I want my money back. I watched her grow a template with a barcode, scan it, sent me an email and said when you receive the email let me know. I did and she scanned it and I was in my way. Why not lead with that instead of getting smart with me. After that she walked back to the back. I plan on not coming back to this location again. Adjust your temper and attitude and lead by example. That's what all good leaders do.

Mixed, but mostly negative review.Store has lost of items and choices. Nothing on sale that I saw. Prices are insanely high, but that is to be expected at a store like that so close to the stadium.Customer service is the issue. I bought several items, including a Tervis cup. When I checked out, the clerk didn't put the cup in my bag. I noticed at the stadium that the cup was missing. I immediately called the store from the stadium. My concern was that the store closed at 8pm and that the game was going to be over around 7:30pm. I wanted to be sure that someone would be at the store so I could get my cup that I was charged for. The response I got was...."we close at 8pm, can't you just come the next morning". I explained that I understood that, but I was leaving town the next morning and driving 500+ miles and that it would be wildly inconvenient for me to go all the way back to the store since I wasn't staying close at all. The response I got was simply "we close at 8 sir". I got a little irritated and said that I didn't think it was asking much for someone to be there until 8:15 so I could walk to the store once I exited PNC Park and get the cup. She said "I don't appreciate being talked to that way, sir. I wasn't the one who forgot to put the cup in your bag."Well.... an employee there DID forget it, so the store is responsible. I don't appreciate being told that I'm inconveniencing a place that made a pretty silly mistake. In the end, I made it and got my cup.... but that same employee was acting very annoyed at people in the store.... loudly saying to anyone she saw, "we close in 5 minutes!"I would suggest a little training for the woman working on Saturday evening, June 2nd 2023.

Super awesome store. Some of the staff can be ridiculously rude tho. Will come back again to buy my gear tho. Person checking us out was too busy on phone the whole store was hearing her conversation
