Kim was amazing! I’m covered in tattoos and afraid of bloodwork, so I put off getting my labs for quite a while. Kim was amazing, efficient, and made great conversation to distract me. She was very quick and I didn’t experience any extra poking and prodding (everyone’s body is different, but I still appreciated that she found my vein so quickly). She collected four vials and the whole appointment took less than five minutes. I appreciate the ability to schedule, modify, and check in to appointments online. . I will definitely return to this location for any future bloodwork I need.

Side note: if you have to fast for your appointment it’s worth treating yourself to the Milkshake Factory in the plaza after your appointment!

Never again. Blown vein in my hand. Pain, swelling and bruising. Seems like 1 out of every 5 Quest phlebotomists really knows how to effectively draw blood. I will go to a medical facility from now on.

I had an appointment for 10:20 and by 10:50 they hadn't called me back yet. Some people said they had been waiting an hour.

My son had his blood drawn on May 10th. On May 20, when I asked doctor for the test result, I were told the lab lost his blood. Even if lost a patient's blood was acceptable, lost blood without any communication is UNACCEPTABLE. We had to reschedule the test.

Phlebotomists would not wait on me and waited 10 minutes for others to arrive with appointments. Very sad that people in this profession are not there to help and instead find ways to not work

The people who work here are fantastic.
The procedures in place are HORRIBLE.
I brought my order with me via a doc on my phone, but was told it had to be on paper only.
I had to drive home to print it and drive back.
That is absurd in 2024 when the entire world is digital

Closed, never called to inform me that I can't come in for my scheduled appointment, no note on the door just an app that says they are closed at this location until Monday. Ridiculous.

The tech who drew my labs was so rude to me about a bill I had yet to receive in the mail so it was not paid. It was over $500 and she treated me rudely for not being able to pay the full amount and didn’t know how to put in a partial payment. I ended up leaving in tears over this due to the manor in which I was spoken to. Another tech came in and was very nice to me, and the first one changed the way she spoke when someone else was in the room but it was absolutely unacceptable how I was treated over this issue. I was told that usual when someone has a high bill they just leave, yet I couldn’t leave as I needed to have this bloodwork for a shot I need while pregnant. This was the worst experience I have ever had a quest location.

I’ve had my blood drawn and other tests such as urine tests during pregnancy at this location several times. I always make an appointment and am seen fairly promptly at the time of the appointment. The couple of technicians there are very good at drawing blood. I have tricky veins that tend to move around and have given other techs a lot of issues, but the folks at this location always seem to get it right away, no problems, smooth and painless.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. I made a appointment, got there on time, and seen right away. Very quick and easy.

It took over an hour just to drop off specimen. This could be easily fixed if quest hired a receptionist.
