Very happy with my appointment. I was called back within minutes of checking in & got the lady that's usually in room 2 to draw my blood & she is fantastic. She always makes me feel at ease & talks to me during my draw & it's over before I know it. I'll always come here.

Rude and dismissive treatment at the Aspinwall Quest Diagnostic in Pittsburgh. Full report filed with Quest. Never going back to that location.

Booked an early appointment before work, showed up before my scheduled time and was taken back right as I checked in. The early morning staff was so friendly, personable and professional. No complaints with this location at all, would go back.

Left my doctor's apt straight to get labs done. My script for bloodwork wasn't showing up to quest in the computer. I was dealing with Jen L who then went above and beyond calling the hospital to get it figured out all while having a motivation of speed and care for each patient. She was successful obtaining my paperwork and I never even felt the blood drawn! Excellent experience I will be returning whenever I need. If you meet Jen L first door on the right....your in for a treat! There's no place like Quest diagnostics!

No wonder this place has a 2.8! The place was clean and they only took me back 10 mins later than my schld.appt. (noone else was there)so I gave it 2 stars.Laura the tech.i got today wasn't the nicest. She starts by printing out a old bill that wasn't paid yet due to my Dr office coding incorrectly. Shes like well your in collections, umm ok thanks i already know. This bill is in review w/my insurance company, but again thats none of your business. She acted like I was trash since I said no I'm not paying that today it's in a dispute. Then proceeds to asks if I'm going to pay my copay today or if I want an invoice mailed. I said mailed please, She laughs out loud as if she doesn't think I'll actually pay it since I have 1 bill unpaid. Mind you every other bill from Quest for my whole life has been paid & it's alot as I get quarterly blood work/ full panels. I didn't appreciate how she treated me. The funny thing is her badge says "New Employee Coach" that's hilarious with her bed side manner& judgeyness. Go to a different Quest if you can!

You would think going in for a drug test would be easy, but as soon as I said I was there for a drug test I got an attitude because apparently they stop doing drug tests at 2, I guess me being 3 minutes late for that cutoff is on me. I had no idea, and I have no problem with that. It’s Friday and everyone just wants to go home to their family, I get it. But, how about next time instead of telling me you won’t wait for me to piss in a cup, just simply tell me I’m gonna have to come back on Monday.

I had my blood drawn this morning and Jen was great!! She was friendly engaging and thorough. Explained everything very well. But most of all I never even felt the needle or blood being withdrawn.
