I have vasovagal syncope when getting blood drawn, and Charity was amazing at making me feel at ease! She let me lay down and talked me through the whole blood draw. My lab tech, Emily, was also very efficient and I didn’t feel a thing. It was such a smooth experience and for someone who gets very anxious about getting blood work it went amazing! Really appreciate Charity’s kindness!

Walked in at 2pm, 1 person waiting, he went in 2:05 came out at 2:10 & said 'your next' at 2:25 a lady walked in with a 2:40 appointment they came & got her at 2:55. Then a couple more people came in with appointments after 3:10. I set there for about 40 min while the blood suckers did nothing!!!! Because we didn't have appointment??? They close at 3:30.Then they took the 3:10 appointment , we left

Quest in North hills on Mc Knight is very convenient for me and lab techs are very good at their jobs. Highly recommended making appointment especially on Saturdays .

Do not go here. My appointment got lost in the system. There is no receptionist - its all automated. NO ONE helped. The techs treated me with distain and would not engage me in conversation. I managed to make an appointment for an hour later and ended up sitting there for 80 minutes. The only walk in gave up at 90. The automated system cost me an hour of work. The staff does not care. They may as well be robots.

The person working and took my blood was coughing and sneezing and told me this cold or illness she had was "killing her" but did not have a mask on even though Quest has repeatedly encouraged me to wear one to the Patient Service Center when I'm sick. I'm immunocompromised. It should go both ways if your workers are ill.

Despite clearly writing my pronouns in large Sharpie at the top of my requisition and wearing a pin with my pronouns, I was misgendered the entire time I was there. The nurse had to hunt down a measuring tape to take my measurements and generally seemed confused about what to be doing.
