I appreciate Quest. The computer said I had wait time of 2 hours (for a walk in), but they called my name in 15 minutes. Would be better though if the computer's estimate matched real life.

Darlene was a gem! She helped me stay distracted by talking with me while we took my blood. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

The worst Quest lab location! If you schedule an appointment be ready that their kiosk won’t find it. And you’ll gonna need to check in as walk in and wait for unlimited time. The staff is not responding much.
Just go to another place, will save you your time

As someone who has a huge fear of needles, Jen in the back was absolutely amazing and reassuring. Quick, seen quickly for appointment, and painless. Highly recommend this location!

10/10 experience, came in 8:30 am on a Tuesday, got right in. The phlebotomist was AMAZING, got me right in and out. I'm typically a hard poke and I get nauseous with needles, she talked with me the whole time, got me on the first poke.

Zero if I could. I got to quest 5 min before close, not something I typically do but just got the lab script and it was important to get it done, the doors were open and as I signed the line phlebotomist came out and said we are closed. I pointed out it was 11:55 not 12pm and the doors were open and this was important to me. He didn't care and repeated we are closed. If you are closed prior to noon then lock your doors but I'm suspecting you can't don't this bc you were still open and just being lazy. As a healthcare worker myself I would never turn away a patient needing something, esp when technically still open. And as a lab oncology nurse I have dealt with quest professionally and they are notoriously known to be incompetent. Thanks for not caring.

The worst experience of my life. They never have the paperwork and are very rude about it. There is one lady there that seems to conveniently lose faxed orders. To make this worse we scheduled a week in advance and still needed to wait almost an hour to be seen after our scheduled appointment.My wife called customer service to file a complaint and she was brushed off. Quest is easily the worst in the business and they should be ashamed of the experience they provide to people that are already dealing with medical issues.Avoid this location if you value your time.

Traumatized!! been there many times before. Girl with mousy blond hair, no makeup did not know what she is doing. i have big easy veins and she jabbed and fished causing me more pain than i could imagine. then finally had me hold the wound because she was not prepared with cotton or anything. i was just glad to be finally done as it was 7mins or more for 2 vials. Then she announced she did not get any blood and wanted to try my other arm which does not have easy veins. And to make it worse? i am on bloodthinners and she could not get any blood. i RAN out of there. now they have all my paperwork and my payment and there is not way i would let this lady put a bandaid on me!!

I’ve had to get a lot of blood drawn in the past year and the phlebotomists at this location are absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable, professional, caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my blood drawn.

Absolutely no help at all when my test wasn’t “showing in their system”.Apparently no supervisors on site or available that the tech was willing to contact.Disappointing that they are allowed to operate as part of our healthcare system.

Absolute best blood draw experience of my life! I have a a lot of anxiety around getting bloodwork done because of past experiences. Jen listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable and was very quick! I honestly don’t remember the last time I had blood drawn without crying. Thank you for being so kind and understanding, Jen! You deserve a raise!

Completely horrendous service. I can not imagine being responsible to oversee this mess of a company. Trying to get a drug test for a new job is nearly impossible. I have been to 4 locations and have been told they are “out of the urine cups” and “7 minutes too late for drug test window for the day”. Absolutely atrocious service.

I went for testing no label was on my urine it was a different collection cup. Strange My report never made it to Dr. Or in system no one will helpI went back 2xs the door is what the heck.
