The big lady there is rude and unprofessional. She clearly hates her job. Just plain lazy and disrespectful. I'll just drive the extra distance for lab work at my Drs office.

I really wish I had a choice to give no stars!! I'm sitting here right now as I type this. This lady is rude and unpleasant if she hate her job then quit no one can't ask a question without getting attitude!! I would've been treated better in aspinwall.

This is the location I always use. It's quick but today, my technician had to stick me TWICE! And what usually is practically painless was very painful. Did she not have experience? I don't know but I'm not happy about it.

My doctor told me to find a lab affiliated with AHN for an active culture in AHN's system. Tried calling here to see whether they were able to view the order so I could be seen there. The receptionist hung up on me before I was able to finish asking the question and then kept sending me to voice mail when I tried to call back.

appointment made for 10:40 AM the night before for some blood work, got taken back at 10:45 AM, back home on the couch at 11 AM. fastest thing I’ve ever experienced. the phlebotomist i had was VERY skilled. i’ve been told in the past i’m a hard stick and even a previous anaesthesiologist had to go in my wrist to get anything, but this phlebotomist got my AC first try and i felt almost nothing at all. i’m so satisfied with how efficient and speedy they were, and how painless the process was. safe to say they ended my fear of blood work. thank you guys for your hard work! :)

I'm not sure why everyone's giving this location such a bad review. I've been going there for years, and everyone's always been friendly.This morning, I had a really long list of labs to go through, and the phlebotomist was super nice, helpful, patient, and had a really steady hand.I don't think it's the employees' fault that Quest overbooks them and allocates the same amount of time, regardless of how long or complicated your lab list is.

Take care of walk-ins faster than appointments. Waste of time, find a better quest center
