I highly recommend going to a different location (not Jane St) if you have to be at work or another commitment as they do not open on time ( see other poor reviews). I was there at 6:55am when they open at 7am. Myself along with 2 other patients were waiting to get in. I started calling their number posted on the door at 7:05am but kept getting a busy signal. FINALLY at 7:18am a car pulled into the parking lot who happened to be the worker. She didn’t apologize for being late and stated does everyone have an appointment. The other two patients did and I did not. She didn’t even step foot into the building to even look at the schedule and said I am not seeing you. I said what, I have been here for almost 25 minutes and you are late. I did raise my voice as I was extremely upset at this point. She stated she is not late. I said you are, your first and second appointment are here as they stated what times their appointments were (7:10 and 7:20). She then argued with me again that she is not late and she had to drive all the way from Moon. I told her that is her problem and not mine. Which it ended up being my problem because now I was refused to get service since she was already 2 patients behind. I asked for her name. Her name is Victoria. Victoria has no customer service skills along with time management skills. The fact she did not try to make it right when she was in the wrong for being late then telling me she was not but making an excuse about drive she has. I am pretty sure most employers or other doctors office would Give a hard time for being 20 minutes late and then refusing the customer service because of something that was YOUR own fault. I understand people have bad days and things happen, but this seems to be the acceptance of the company for their employees to arrive to work late quite frequently. Stay away and drive 7-10 minutes to the next closest quest. I can’t see them staying open with employing VICTORIA or others like her.

The person I always forgot her name she has pink hair. I always loved going down there for her she always was very nice and took my blood easy. But this new person that I met she was very good very nice and no mark on my arm today. Very happy

Arrived for an 11:00 apt. and facility was closed! No one bothered to call to inform me and it cost me an Access trip for nothing!!!

On 11/10/2023 at south side quest I truly believe that I was discriminated against. Waiting as a walk in, with no one in front of me or being seen for 20 minutes to 30 minutes. A family came in with a appointment and was seen right away. That is not the problem. When I asked the girls who work there why has this happened, they said that they had appointments, but they didn’t have any care that I had been there for 20 minutes. If you look at the demographic of the poor reviews you can see the problem.

My appointment in the morning very positive. Phlebotomist very efficient and friendlyI was unable to give urine so she gave me a container and said I could return itWhen I returned the other employee said I am only taking people with appointments and scriptsi told her the script is in the back with my blood and i am only following instructions by dropping this off. i asked if i should leave on counter. Her response was i dont care what you do with itby her attitude and glassy eyes I wondered if she had recreation substance for lunchfour days later my physician still has no urine results. i am wondering what if anything she did with it

Just don’t go here. I had an appointment to get blood taken in the afternoon. When I arrived the nurse on site seemed quite flustered and was terse, cutting me off before I could finish giving my full birth date, for example. Now maybe she had a rough day that’s fine we all have those, but when she went to feel for a vein she had trouble finding one. This is always the case for me when I get blood taken for whatever reason. Knowing this I drank a lot of water throughout the day to make it easier. Despite this, she felt around for about 15 seconds and said “well, there are no good veins here so you’ll have to come back when you’re more hydrated.” She didn’t even try to hit one, in the past when I’ve had blood taken they’ve ALWAYS gotten it, even when I actually wasn’t properly hydrated (which again, I was this time), although they did need to prick me a few times. So I immediately went to UPMC shadyside (in which everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful) to get it taken instead. ~40 minutes later, with no more fluids consumed, they hit a vein first try without issue. So I get having a rough day and not wanting to be chatty, but I don’t get actually not doing your job and costing me an hour of time because of it. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.

The friendliest, most experienced tech I’ve dealt with at a Quest facility, or in any instances with a phlebotomist. Not to give unreasonable expectations, as days vary, but I was in and out as a walk-in in less than 20 minutes! Blood drawn and all! Tech B.Walker is awesome! Thanks again

Awful service, just plain rude and condescending. Made an appointment on the phone as requested went out of my way to arrive on time. Claimed she didn't have any appointments. Not helpful in making an appointment.
