Ordered a replacement Peachtree door lock on 5/25/24. I installed it on 5/29 only to find out I was missing the outside handle. Called and spoke to Wayne. He requested pictures of the lock installed with the missing handle. I sent a follow up email a week later about my replacement part and received no reply. I left phone messages for Wayne on 6/11, 6/13 and 6/18. Spoke with a very nice lady on 6/18 who said she would email Wayne to have him give me a call. Wayne called me on 6/19 only to tell me that he couldn’t accept a return because the lock had been installed. I told him that I didn’t want to return the lock, all I wanted was a replacement handle. He said he didn’t have a handle all he had were complete sets and there was nothing he could do. He said “I hope you understand my position” that he could not accept a return. I said what about my position, I paid 194.00 dollars for something I can’t use. He basically told me tough luck. I asked to speak to his supervisor and I was transferred to someone else. I left a message on that voice mail and received no response. I did receive a replacement handle on 6/22, no one from PWD has reached out to me. I definitely won’t buy from this company again. I will gladly pay a little more from other companies that have better customer service.

Many thanks to the team at PWDService and especially to Jodi who was great to work with and provided absolutely outstanding customer service and excellent communication throughout the process of ordering several replacement Peachtree Ariel sashes (ours were 1st gen casements from the mid 1980's).We are *extremely* pleased with everything -- highest quality product, superb packaging, accurate documentation, and again, top notch customer service -- sidebar for anyone that may get a bit anxious about the prospect of having glass shipped -- the packaging that the team at PWDService has engineered and uses is as near to bulletproof that can be achieved with strategically placed plastic wrap, foam and cardboard -- very impressive!!

I didn’t deal with the owner (saw one of the reviews and was a bit leery), but Jodi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked me through everything I needed and suggested a couple of ways that if I change the order it would be more cost-effective for me (buying entire pieces, and cutting them myself etc.). I added another item the next day, and she ran around to make sure that it got put in the same order to save on shipping. I could not have had a better purchasing experience. In this day and age of really average to rotten Customer Service, it was an unexpected surprise. I’ll post again after I receive the product to comment on the quality, but it this point I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this company.Update, product arrived timely (packed very well), and all of the items were high quality (matched perfectly). Overall, I was pleased with the purchase and experience.

My husband and I both called and both left messages looking for guidance on the Peachtree IPD lock we were trying to replace on our patio door. Still haven't received a call back but we were successful in reaching a knowledgeable friendly locksmith in TN who was willing to help us over the phone. The 3 cam lock is very specific and when they fail there's no support from the manufacturer and everyday locksmiths can't fix them.

Great assortment of needed parts for our discontinued 30 year-old Peachtree windows. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I am getting the right part to fix the problem. Parts are of high quality, and while not cheap, work as advertised. Shipping is quick.

I would suggest you keep looking if you want any service for Crestline windows and/or replacment part for the aforementioned. I have dealt with Brian in the sash replacement division for over 6 weeks with no positive results. I supplied him with my original order from Crestline windows, exact measurements, drawings etc., all with the promise of" I'll get back with you." As of today, I've never heard back from him. If my windows couldn't be repaired or replaced, I wish he would have just told me so. Instead, he acts like a lifeless blob and promises to respond but never does. I like a MAN to do what he says he'll do. Since my last conversation with Brian, I have found a better company to do business with. Thanks for NOTHING Brian. If you worked for me, I'd fire you unenthusiastic butt in a heartbeat. Jeff Purnell
