Vibe is decent but sometimes the bartender is a little rude

Unfortunately my husband and I have received subpar service here a few times. Which sucks, because overall the business is very good. It’s just this one middle-aged bartender woman who always makes us feel unwelcome and like we are a burden by being in the establishment. Other than her, our experience is typically great.

Jernigan’s, located in Mount Lebanon’s Galleria Mall, has been a mainstay on the Pittsburgh cigar scene for decades.
