My first experience with ProSource. Very nice showroom with a large selection of products. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Sales people were easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. The ordering process was quick and easy as well. I'll go back again.

My experience with ProSource of Monroeville was top notch. I worked closely with Keith on my kitchen refresh which included new flooring, new quartz counter/backsplash, new cabinet hardware and Moen fixtures. Keith was incredibly helpful in guiding me on quality installers for my flooring. Their genuine customer service and clear communication were very good. Their pricing is fair and deliveries are very timely. When an issue arose, they were very responsive and addressed right away. I would highly recommend ProSource of Monroeville.

I had an exceptional experience with ProSource in planning my bathroom. I went in with an idea and Keith pulled it all together for me. He was very knowledgeable on the products and knew exactly how to make the style come together! Tammy was very well versed on the cabinets. ProSource has a substantial amount of selection, so my concept was easy to make happen.
The tile work is stunning!!

Huge selection of flooring products as well as tile, kitchen/bath cabinetry/hardware and more. Dominique extremely helpful and patient in search for 'perfect' flooring. Strongly recommend

I worked with Katie in the Cranberry and Keith in the Monroeville ProSource offices. They are both very knowledgeable about their products and provide good insights into the products and costs involved in a remodel project. I came to give a lot of consideration to their opinions on the color and quality of items as well as the various options available to me. Katie and Keith helped to make an overwhelming task much more manageable. I don’t know what I would have done without them!!

After several disappointing experiences with other contractors and suppliers, Jamie Pelcharsky and Dominique Stoner at Prosource in Monroeville really came through for us. We wanted kitchen counter tops that fit our personal style rather than mirroring cookie-cutter models. They got what we were going for immediately, made it happen and even suggested touches that enhanced the look we wanted. Every company and craftsman they recommended to supply materials and to do the work was professional and pleasant to work with. Jamie knows her design stuff and Dominique worked tirelessly to find us the right people and materials. They made our kitchen renovation a pleasant and efficient process.

As a business owner, I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of customer service that I continually receive from my account representative, David Haibeck. As an independent interior designer, having quality relationships with my vendors and wholesalers is imperative to the long-term success of my company as well as my projects in general. David's level of commitment to my account is evident. He always goes above and beyond for me to ensure that my materials arrive on time and that orders are exact as specified. His dedication to Prosource is apparent as well, I'm guilty of often reaching out to him after hours, as I work around the clock, (not expecting to receive a response till the next day), but David always answers back within minutes. His work-ethic is top-notch, which is likely why we work so well together! In truth, the entire team there; Ed, Todd, Keith and Dominique all go above and beyond in assisting my needs should David be off or away. The level of teamwork this crew demonstrates is outstanding. Really nice selection and quality products. Evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday are also helpful for clients who work during the day. Saturday hours would also be helpful. Our salesperson Keith was very knowledgeable about the products, but his customer service on the phone and initially in the store is not very inviting. He does warm up once you are working with him. Regardless, our experience at Prosource Monroeville so far has been very good.

Worked with Dominique to purchase vinyl plank flooring for a kitchen and dining area. She was a pleasure to work with helping me select flooring samples and made it easy to complete the purchase. Received a fair price and excellent quality flooring.

Very professional great selections quality products reasonable prices came in to location from warehouse exactly as planned no hold ups. Staff are so helpful, contractors recommend and im so pleased with my selection can't wait for the flooring to be installed
