I started going to Priority One in October of 2018, and I recommend this gym to anyone interested in improving their lives through personal training and wellness. Dave, Stephen, and Heather have welcomed me and treated me with nothing but respect since the first day I arrived. They have continuously helped me grow and learn in my own personal fitness. You’ll be very glad you chose this wonderful team, and I guarantee you’ll feel like you’re a part of a community.

I have been training with Dave for over 3 years- the longest I have ever stuck with a fitness routine. He is knowledgeable, motivating & helps outline and reach goals- whether it be fitness, nutrition or injury rehabilitation. He has recently added a massage therapist and MAT (Muscle Activation Therapy) specialist to the staff- both I highly recommend. The space is brand new & well maintained- his clients are friendly & the vibe from the staff is open and encouraging. Since it is one on one training, there is never more than one or two other clients training at the same time- which is nice. Check them out!

Priority One! Fitness is a clean, welcoming place to workout. Both the trainers are highly skilled and work for your individual needs. I'm not athletic and could never stick to a workout routine. I have been working with Dave for 9 years now and I feel good about myself. He makes your workout to your individual needs and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I started after surgery for breast cancer and I have stage one lymphedema. As long as I workout with Dave, I do not have to wear my compression sleeve, my arm swelling is controlled. I tend to be tight because of my surgery but, Dave massages and loosens the area. You always feel wonderful after a stretch session with Dave. It is the only gym I feel comfortable working out at. I highly recommend Priority One! Fitness.

Priority one does a terrific job training folks who want to stay in shape, recently injured and /or just need a supportive team when exercising. Stop in and discuss your goals with Dave and Stephen this week. They are trained professionals with thirty years of experience who will challenge and inspire. Plus the new space is beautiful, welcoming and in lovely Highland Park.
