Claimed my package was delivered at 1107pm last Tuesday, when it actually never was. I have security cameras, as do my neighbors and no one ever dropped my package off. Over $400 worth of clothing just gone and missing and they have done nothing to help me out. Between them and fashion nova, I’m beyond irritated. They said they can’t find the package, so I’m just SOL and ate all that money.

This makes my review even better. Now my re-ordered items also weren’t delivered. This company is unbelievably bad. I have now had my third delivery that this company claimed to have delivered yet our camera shows no one on porch or even on the street. They are not trustworthy and they never give you any follow up. Customer service below the level of poor.

Package was Never delivered. I have cameras and know this. No one answers at the customer service number and they don’t respond to online inquiries. I wish all retailers would stop using this company.

Early this morning before our business was open, the courier threw a payroll package in our parking lot against our front door. I tried to call when I got to work to tell them that it was inappropriate to throw money in the parking lot when we weren’t open, but they weren’t open yet. I wonder if that’s how they get their payroll delivery ??I’ll follow up with ADP and let them know that this is how the company handles checks!!

Absolutely trash. Says my address is unable to deliver while USPS FEDEx UPS all work. Never tried a second attempt to deliver( I wonder if they even made the first attempt to deliver). Can’t believe this company is still in the market.

I usually don’t write any review on anything but this is the worst shipping company that ever existed! I ordered from Crocs and waited for a month for them to shipped my package. Of course they will use this horrible company to shipped my package and it’s said delivered at 8.30 but I was home at that time and checked my door cam nobody showed up at all that evening. Are you guys a ghost or something? I assumed one of your driver probably stole my package. After read all the comments and everyone just had the same problem with me this company should be shut down! This is very serious! You guys actually stealing people stuff and how can you still run the business? The worst experience ever!

Do not order Victoria secret or bath and bodywork’s online unless you are picking up in store or doing over night shipping through fedex. I ordered Christmas presents for 3 girls and they never delivered the package, but they made sure to mark it delivered 2 minutes after being “out for delivery”. I have two ring cameras and a surveillance camera that overlooks my driveway, I can garuntee and prove it was never delivered. This was Sunday, and I called and did their online request for a call and still have yet to hear from them. This is a sorry excuse for a company that is made up of thieves. So you are telling me all these bad reviews are from packages being ‘accidentally’ marked as delivered and lost? No they are being stolen. Absolutely disgusting. If it says it is shipping with lasership be prepared to never see it.

This is the second package I’ve had shipped from a company through lasership that has said delivered, but that I didn’t not receive. One was a $200 pair of boots from REI, the second was a dress from a company called Quince. Both within a few weeks. I have a ring doorbell and absolutely nothing was delivered especially at the times they said they were, checked with all of my neighbors. I waited another few days for the boots thinking they might show up after all, it’s now been weeks. No boots. Clearly this company is either stealing packages or just completely negligent. It is very frustrating and ridiculous.

I live in Pittsburgh, a package was left for someone who lives in Wheeling WV. 3 phones calls, promises to pick up and deliver to correct person. Drivers clearly don't care.

Horrible shipping service. If I could give this place a zero I would. I have no idea why they aren’t shut down. They were handling my Zara package and marked it was “delivered” when it clearly had not been because it was no where to be found. The delivery person either stole it or they never delivered it. If you’re online shopping and this is the business handling shipping just cancel your order!!! You aren’t going to receive it!!!

I am so exhausted with this "company." I don't have any words. Just read all the other reviews. I ordered a package from GAP Factory and this Laser Ship was supposed to deliver it. After reading all of the other comments, I don't think this company is even real. They must just take all of the items and claim them as "delivered" "attempted delivery" or "lost"

If I could give Lasership Prestige Delivery Systems( Lasership) a zero I would. They're always saying my packages are delivered, when they're not. I was to receive 2 packages on Sunday, 6/12/2022 and 1of the 2 packages were delivered. I called Lasership to find out why both packages said delivered, when only one was delivered. The lady on the phone told me, that if was the end of the day the driver couldn't deliver the package. I told her that if the driver was able to deliver the 1 package, why didn't they deliver the other package. I've had delivery problems before with Lasership, but unfortunately Adidas on eBay uses this subpar company for shipping and you don't know who the shipper is until you purchase the item on eBay! All you can do is tell the company, you won't be ordering their merchandise on eBay until they change the shipper. I know I'm not the only with this issue from Prestige Delivery Systems (Lasership)!

I have had this company used for multiple deliveries of mine.. nordstrom, crocs, etc… and they ARE HORRIBLE… every single time, I get notified that my address is undeliverable when I live in the middle of town and have NEVER had issues with the post office, fed ex or UPS.. the incompetence is infuriating

My package was behind and I fly out today. Called the office and spoke to Theresa who went and found the driver to personally hold my package so I could pick it up. Completely amazing customer service. Shipping times might not be great, but honestly hands down the best customer service out of any shipping companies I have delt with!

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 14th they came on the 19th but guess what? No package was by my door, they had the nerve to send it to an address that doesn't exist!! I'm pretty sure one of the drivers took my package I don't care what anyone says. If I take a picture of where the address is supposed to be you'll wonder where they could have place it being as though there isn't a mailbox at physical building
