I have been using this postal office for many years and never had a single unpleasant moment.They all are helpful, kind and friendly. Once I left my cellphone at the counter and they kept it for me :)I always feel positive and pleasant every time I visit there. Just watching them how nicely they treated to elderlies and helping them made me felt wholesome even in the busy hours at the post-office.Thank you all!”
“Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”

“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”

“staff has always been friendly and professional, and even with long lines they tend to move people through efficiently. that said, i tried to drop off a package this morning, waited towards the back of a line outside for several minutes, and when they still weren’t open at 8:40 i had to leave so i wouldn’t end up late for work. i’m not saying this to be vindictive or to shame them or whatever, stuff happens, just to share that you might be wasting your time if you arrive at 8:30 on the dot”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. Sometimes there is a line, but no different than any other post office I've used. We get much better service from our local post office that we get from FedEx. Thank you for the hard work!”

“I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”

We were 10 min late for our appointment and Lisa was still very kind and most importantly competent and productive. In less than 10 min, she took a great picture of our son, and then she helped us complete several gaps in our passport application for our son too. Just bc it doesn't appear like a Starbucks, is no reason to slam it in reviews. Detach the phone from your face, & learn how to accomplish something on your own people.”
