Well, I thought I'd be writing a positive review but unfortunately this will not be good. I purchased a pool towards the end of winter as they were running a big sale. Free installation! Yay! Well that's where this story goes ary. The pool was delivered months before it was put in. I was told to just tarp the pallet and leave it sit in my driveway. I mentioned that I was going to break it down and they said no just cover it. Well, every box was absolutely disgusting and all paperwork was ruined so now I don't have any paperwork on my pool except the receipt and sales contract. Lol. That's not the reason for the bad review though. I received a call from the installers saying they were going to dig for my pool. I wasn't going to be home so I left instructions with my mother who said she would go over and sit. I returned home from work that day and noticed I had a very huge circle in my back yard. They say it has to be 2 feet bigger than the pool but this was about 35' round. Then I saw the receipt for the dig. He purposely cut into a hillside so he could say that he had to dig further than he had to. They charge by the inch. I got a bill for 3.5 feet costing me hundreds of dollars extra. With my mother there I'm sure he just thought "this is an old lady she doesn't know". The pool was put in the next day and I started filling it. I was told that within 1 to 3 days I'd receive a phone call and their team would cut the liner and install the filter. The very next day I come home and without a call or any notifications they were at my house and did their job. Then they decided to look for stuff and started rooting through my shed. I never gave permission for anyone to go into any buildings on my property and they just went right in. They never told me they were coming or called to say they were there. Also, Pool City doesn't tell you this but they deliver with a bunch of stuff missing then you have to fight with them to get it. I've yet to get my start up chemicals or my winter cover. The pool was supposed to be binded, basically grounded to the filter, that wasn't done either. So by my estimation pool city owes me about $1,000 which I will probably never see. I will update this post if anything is done. Also here's some pics of my destroys back yard. Seriously, they may have the best price but it's all smoke and mirrors. Go to a reliable, honest place to get your pool! Kings Pool and Spas, buck stove, anywhere but this place.

After going through an extensive searchfor a replacement hot tub, doing my due diligence with several dealers, researching many different manufacturers, models etc. and reading countless reviews from the BBB and customers, it became very apparent that after enjoying my old Sundance tub for more than 20 years, I realized it’s by far the bestengineered product on the market but Istill needed help from a knowledgeable salesperson to answer many of my specific questions on the new models.I purchased a Sundance Montclair spa from the Pool City Robinson Store strictly because of the excellent service provided by their sales manager, Mr Doug Stone who gave me countless hours of his time during multiple visits to insure that I had satisfactory answers to all my questions.I’m a Purchasing Agent who made thatsale extremely difficult by asking so many questions but he was always up to the task of making me comfortable with the decision.I would highly recommend Doug and histeam for anything sold by the Pool City Robinson Store especially hot tubs andrelated products.For months after the sale he still provides any kind of support that’s needed. Doug is simply the BEST ??. The excellent relationship weestablished will go on for many years I’m sure.He earned this sale so much that we alsobought a couple really nice patio chairs..Frank A.

We worked with Chuck Marburger while shopping for a hot tub. He was great to work with, listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to push us into something that was out of our budget. The price was fair compared to the other dealers. The delivery went well and the tub is now up and running. So far so good. We are planning on going back for some patio furniture soon.

Not the best overall. They have a decent selection but they don’t seem knowledgeable on their chemicals that they sell. I was asking about chlorine and I got a bland response that wasn’t even what I asked. The customer service was definitely lacking.

We are delighted with our new Sundance spa from Pool City in Robinson. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Adam when making our purchase. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products as he patiently guided us to the spa we wanted. He went over and above to stay in communication with us to ensure delivery and he spent personal time with us explaining details in the care of our new hot tub! What an outstanding customer service representative! Kudos to Pool City for hiring such a caring and personable person. He made this experience so positive and we are grateful for his guidance and expertise! A couple of weeks after our installation of the hot tub we still had a few questions about keeping the levels at a proper balance and what some of the control switches operate so we stopped in the store and Adam spent well over an hour with us explaining in detail what to do. He is truly one of the best retail representatives we have ever dealt with. We will definitely recommend Pool City and especially Adam to our friends.

We bought our pool February 20th, was delivered in March I believe to sit in my garage . Maybe a week later got a call from the secretary for contractors that once the weather is above 60 consistently that they would call to schedule digging and putting up pool and I was looking at may (only one week did it rain in may and was consistently above 60) . Well may has come and gone, I am the one who has to reach out to get any information from any of these people. Was scheduled a week ago to get digging done for a Tuesday, they moved me to Thursday with the only time frame that they would call me 30 minutes before arrival. Surprise no phone call so we missed our day for digging and if a phone call would have been made for the 30 minutes someone would have been here. then to be moved to a week later and here we are at the day for our digging they called me at noon saying yet again not coming today, but tomorrow. Tomorrow comes which now I had called Adam the manager at pool city to have him call contractors to find out if they were coming out at all today which he seemed to be displeased about having to do and yet again the contractors claim they called me to tell me they were not coming today but NEVER did!!!! Very disappointed in the company pool city and its manager and assistant manager that seems to not want any part in resolving any issues with D&C contractors that I’ve had. I can completely understand that I am not the only customer there is in the world but the lack of communication and not answering or calling customers is absolutely ridiculous. Never again will I buy anything from pool city.
