This may be the right place of many PNC divisions to vent the frustration of a call last week on behalf of one of their managed accounts of a not for proift client. I was asked to call with a question if they could accept a specific type of donation and which the person answering obtained the answers, a simple yes or no answer but refused to tell me and instructed me to have the client call.I explained the client is the client and PNC services they client for a fee and it would be poor customer service if the account manager did not call the client directly. IMHO the bank works to service the client. After checking it was refused and I asked for a supervisor to call me back before sharing my frustration. No call back.Anyone higher up at PNC who wants to instruct their account manager may contact me for details if the care.

PNC ethics to employees is horrible and racial targeting. They harass all the employees if same family. Don't bank at this Bank and they are ruining the image of PA & Philadelphia- The Liberty Bell. Targeting any employee who has family like - Wife and Husband or Mother and Child or Father and Son.

This PNC location is great for when you are coming from the suburbs into the city and need to stop for cash! Sometimes its hard to find parking, but we're typically able to find a spot to use the ATM or run inside. PNC always has great service, and I've been loyal to them since age 16.
