Shout out to Ed and the team here. Saturday, it's busy, but they are communicative and professional. Had to get a new card and a non standard cash transaction. Everything dealt with quickly and out the door with no troubles.

When looking at the management in this branch it’s hard to believe they’ve got someone so great in the wrong position. The assistant manager crystal needs to run this bank, the new manager doesn’t know a thing in there. You might be better off with the homeless man off Freeport road.

They are about as good as any other branch that just opened a week ago if you want to get anything done in a timely manner I choose a different branch they are very slow and do not understand the difference between business and personal you cannot reach them on the phone either try calling anytime after 9 and before 6 p.m. and you will sit on hold with no music until they hang up on you 20 minutes inAt least Tarentum has experienced employees to assist you

ATMs never work right. Cant ever deposit cash and credit on one AtM. When you can it's hit or miss. Not sure if it's intentional but is annoying AF. Not to mention their overdraft policy is sh***, but always has been. Only reason people use PNC is the lack of a better alternative..
