Big thank you to Andrea and Zee at pnc in shaler. They helped my granddaughter get her account set up and they were both so sweet patient and totally informative on all the things she needed to know. Great job to two great young woman!!! Keep up the great !!! You made so easy to do!!!

I went to the bank today with two goals, deposit some cash and get a new debit card. Jackie was super nice and happy to help me with my deposit, even though it can be done at an ATM. She then directed me to Jordan (if I remember his name correctly) to get a new debit card. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I had accomplished both my goals. The debit card process was surprisingly easy and I was pleased that I was able to get a card without having to wait for it to come in the mail.

I had my PNC Bank information hack and they got money out of my account so I had to stop my bank card and reissue a new one they could not help me at this branch I have to make an appointment and my life is very chaotic and they couldn't cater to that little extra effort we're not recommend this branch

Went to close accounts. Everyone sittings around be goofing off and no one could bother to help. Add this to appraising the wrong house, trying to keep appraisal fee (Feds got that back for me), made me wait almost a week to withdraw money from my own account. Add this to incompetent person who did not forward wife's death certificate to other departments.. No thanks. No more patience for poor service.

Checks take forever to be deposited. They recently changed check deposits so that none of your money is available until it clears. They failed to notify customers of this change then say they can't do anything after you put it in the ATM.
