Came over to ask about a job that sent me a check. Asked the pnc manager if it was a scam and what to do. They verified it was a scam, shred the check, report the company to the bbb, also stop communication with the HR person and don't accept the position. Felt very happy knowing that I dodged a scam.

How is it that your institution just can’t get right? Every morning when I wake up for work(3am est) your system is always under some temporary maintenance? I have other banking institutions that I use and never have I had any of these problems. This further proves that something is not right with your online banking system and quite frankly, it raises RED FLAGS for me. I will be closing my account today as soon as your financial institution opens for service. Get like JP Morgan, BMO, and Bank of America…

I just want to say thank you to Megan, the teller that helped me out today. I was having a really really, supremely stressful, bad day, and she was super sweet and helped me out. Personable, friendly, empathetic and caring. I needed someone like that today! Thanks again Megan.

I want to start by saying I am not surprised by the low rating.My grandmother just passed and I went in to deposit the money from her will. In addition, I had an overall rough day at work. When I walked in, I was greeted with “Hello, how are you?” To which I said “hello” back. Then I hear sarcastically, “I’m doing fine this evening, thanks”. I was shocked, looked back and the heavy-set “gentleman” wasn’t looking at me but the security guard saw me with my look of surprise and matched it with his own. It took everything in my power not to react. How dare this guy think he’s remotely part of my thought process. Get over yourself, my man!Every time I’m in that place the employees are always scowling.It starts at the top so maybe he isn’t solely to blame.

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and the service is always slow and they routinely make mistakes. I fill out the deposits slips to make things easier for them and they still send the balance to the wrong account. Imagine waiting 15+ minutes, doing most of the work, and not getting the money where it needs to be. Terrible branch.

Stopped by at 12:50pm hoping to quickly get new debit cards printed for my business and personal accounts, as I was trying to make to brunch at the pancake house before they close at 2:00pm. The host said there's a few people in front of me but it shouldn't be that long. I watched all the people in front of me quickly get seen, then should have been me next. But a man and his daughter came in and was seen before me. Annoyed with waiting from 12:50 - 1:30, I left. Definitely won't be coming back here. Will be doing business at Mt. Nebo Pointe. Ridiculous!!!
