I would highly suggest choosing this branch to bank with. Their branch manager (Bill) is an absolute gem.
He went out of his way and spent an exorbitant amount of time and energy to assist our non-profit organization...and get this-- we don't even use his PNC branch location to bank with! He had 0 incentive to help us.
I don't know about you but I want the people who handle my money to be of high integrity and character-Bill and his team deliver.

After a week without my charge card I got a call from people in my condo in Florida that FedX left an envelope on the walkway in front of my door. I ask a friend to open it and there were my charge cards. So now they said they would overnight then to the branch office. It's 1:30 on Saturday and the bank closes at 2:00pm and still no charge card. THE INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm so finished with this Philadelphia Bank. Ever since they moved their headquarters to Philadelphia the service is terrible in Pittsbugh.

Very unhappy with this bank. Have gone there several times to simply cash a work check and half the time they say they can't and deposit it and half the time they can and give me cash. The last time I went they wouldn't even do anything with the check because of a hyphenated last name yet before it was never a problem. They have no idea what they are doing there.

I was there yesterday for a car loan. It was super last minute and I only had my lunch break to get it done. I worked with Rae and Rose, the manager. They were so great! I was there for only about 40 minutes and left with a check in hand for my new Jeep. They made the process so easy and fast. I would go in anytime. They are truly professional and 10/10 for customer service. They really listened to me and helped me through what could have been a very stressful time.

I went into the branch to open a “Payee Rep” account for my two disabled kids (3&4 years old). I had all the proper paperwork and identification necessary. The lady whom I was in contact with, questioned the authenticity of my paperwork-which was up to date and current from the social security administration office. The paperwork I had was given to me by Social security administration to take to the bank. The branch manager got involved and also questioned the authenticity of my paperwork. Their behavior was prejudice and discriminatory. I expected a little more professionalism from the branch manager since she was trusted by whom ever hired her to be the leader at the branch-she failed. They tried to tell me I had the incorrect information instead of doing what they can to help-their sole purpose was to inconvenience me (over an hour to open accounts) and to deny my right to open an account at the branch that they are employed at. I was continuously told I needed to return to the social security office for additional paperwork. Again, I had the most up to date current paperwork from social security administration. My paperwork included my kids names, their social security numbers, my relation to them (mother) and my role (rep payee). It’s extremely upsetting that the branch manager took a role in this discriminatory act. I expected more from her. They eventually decided to call and ask someone else. During the phone call, I could only hear what she was saying. She said my paperwork was different and the person on the other end of the phone told her it’s acceptable. Then she says, well the papers are saying Lucille needs to sign and return to the social security office, should I wait and have her sign these forms , return them to social security office then come back in to open an account... The person on the other end told her that wasn’t necessary and to open the account for me. I expect that I won’t get the debit cards in the mail as promised. After all of this hassle, I’ve decided this may not be the proper bank for me and my family. I think it’s important that these employees know discrimination is illegal. If they represent what PNC is all about, then PNC is the worst choice for any human being to bank at. I had my daughter with me who is autistic and nonverbal-she was upset Ab the whole process and being there that long. I hope the pair can learn from their stupidity and take a course in diversity, it might help the branch in the long run.

Worst customer service in Pittsburgh! Can you believe I was turned away for CHANGE because, " I did not have an account..." It was change!! What else would one expect to do at a bank...especially when I was referred there by a neighboring business. Nowhere in that bank did I see any signs stating services are restricted for account holders only. This was not peak hours either. It was 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday! Stay away from Westwood PNC...I suggest you, not only post signs, but send flyers to your neighbors and tell them not to send people there for change. You got one star because I could not post with ZERO.

Would give them less than a star rating if I was able to. Worst absolute worst PNC Bank that exists. They spit on the name PNC, all the employees are rude and very very unhelpful!!! Thank God Bank Of America is coming to Pittsburgh opening 3 locations this September. I hate PNC bank with a passion. All pnc customers be cautious! Make the switch to Bank of America when they open up.

Went once. Won't return. Unprofessional. Didn't care for my teller yelling out my information when all he had to do is give me a receipt like I asked... -5 stars for me.

hours make no sense for a bank, closed weekends and closes before 80% of people get off of work
