I go there once a week sometimes twice a week. The only thing I experience was great service. Keep up the good work I enjoy having a bank in the neighborhood. I think everyone's doing the best. They can try to be a little bit more patient with people. We just came through one of the worst pandemics in our countries history be patient. If you have someone in front of you be patient if you have to walk from a parking Space on the street a little exercise never hurt anyone of us

I recently opened an account and the customer service was exceptional. Megan assisted me every step of the way. She listened to me and answered all my questions clearly and completely. Christina helped me with the deposit. Both women were pleasant and professional.

I realize some may like this PNC but I have to judge by my experience. I had the worst experience with a counter person but bit my tongue instead of saying something right away. I put in a complaint to the general headquarters and heard back quickly. He said the associate was totally wrong and apologized as the manager there refused . Hillbillies stick together. When I do my daily run, I cross over as I do not want anywhere near that branch. I like PNC and have never had any problems with any branch other than this one. This was not the first time this counter person and another were blatantly ignorant and rude.

It’s a shame the staff are so nice, but the establishment operations are so mismanaged. Every time I am here I wait in line for over 30 minutes, in the door or drive-thru. Most days I have to just leave and come back another time. They should staff up this location or figure out how to run more efficiently as I’m not the only annoyed customer having their time wasted.

Very rude. I had to keep repeating my question. What not aware of the stand alone PNC mac machine in Avalon. She kept ask if this is the branch I should be talking too.?

Abysmal service. Waited in the drive-thru and was entirely ignored. They were open too. People were inside and there were no signs indicating the drive-thru might be closed. I tried to park while my wife went in, but there were no spots remaining (there are about 6 spots total). I decided to keep the car running and wait off to the side, but the security guard told me I needed to drive-thru. I tried to explain the trouble I had before, but he only talked over me, saying again to just drive through. I had to find a parking spot a few blocks away so I could walk back to pick up my wife. Save yourself the frustration. Don't ever go to this bank.

customer service is lacking. Dawn acts as if you're an inconvenience to her day. I noticed others in their reviews saying customer service sucks. I'm gonna assume their teller was dawn. Everyone else seems nice. Parking lot is very small

I've seen people comment negatively about the drive through. I don't think they're aware that there is a full lobby & that they are doing their best. If you've gone to this bank you know it's very busy. Overall fantastic staff.
