Worst experience. The banker lied to me that I can not do a wireless transfer to a specific country. I had to open another bank account in another bank to do that. But when I went to another PNC site after this, they told me I can and they did not know why that banker lied to me. Horrible experience!! Waste so much of my time!!

After a week without my charge card I got a call from people in my condo in Florida that FedX left an envelope on the walkway in front of my door. I ask a friend to open it and there were my charge cards. So now they said they would overnight then to the branch office. It's 1:30 on Saturday and the bank closes at 2:00pm and still no charge card. THE INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm so finished with this Philadelphia Bank. Ever since they moved their headquarters to Philadelphia the service is terrible in Pittsbugh.

Sarah W. is the real MVP at this bank! Although she wasn't able to fix my problem for the future, she tried. I really appreciate her and I will definitely be going back to them for future banking needs.

Great for personal banking - the tellers are pretty nice, and its pretty convenient so they get a 5/5 on that end. However , Janice, the woman that all business accounts need to go through, and Angie ( not sure of her position, must just be pushy ) are the most incompetent people I have ever done business with. I opened a new business account and was poorly advised and taken advantage of. So as long as you avoid those two blissfully ignorant women all of your banking needs will be clearly met and executed. I suggest working with someone else at PNC if you want to run your business accounts with them.UPDATE!!! Spent NINE hours on the phone with PNC, and first data only to realize that I was a target of Angie and Janices little game they play with peoples small businesses. I was never given the option to find an outside merchant provider. I was lied to and told I HAD to go through First Data and use Clover. Janice wouldn't open my SIMPLE SMALL BUSINESS checking account unless I went with clover. I was told it was a 3 year lease term at x amount every month, only to find there are hidden fees and its a four year lease . So I can't even take my business elsewhere because I am locked in with clover. Angie and Janice never return my phone calls, I have been trying to get them to help me for over a year now. They may have gotten one over on me but if I can help even just ONE person to not be in my situation then this review is worth it. STAY AWAY FROM ANGIE AND JANICE!!!!!!

Every time I come here, it's a very positive experience. The employees work diligently to ensure you're taken care of, and are extremely respectful!

PNC bank is a chain banking service found nearly everywhere but is based in Pittsburgh. This particular branch is undergoing renovation outside which is part of the outdoor renovation of the Crafton Ingram shopping center. They have a drive through an ATM, and of course you can go in for all your financial needs. They also participate in a service called Zelle where you can "pop" money to another individual without needing their bank account details. Should you receive Zelle money from another individual then the money will be automatically deposited into the account you choose once you set up this account online or download the Zelle app. Staff is friendly and helpful. On this particular visit I had to make a cash withdrawal and noticed that the withdrawal slips were no longer on the table with the deposit slips. I was directed to a teller who handed me one. I asked her why the change. She told me that people were signing their names to blank withdrawal slips and other people were getting these withdrawals and forging the amounts. PNC does check ID when you make a cash withdrawal so I found this to be a bit confusing on my part. Nevertheless,I roll with the punches. You can also do online bill pay from your checking account. They also cash savings bonds and do pretty much all your regular banking needs. Please be aware of the fact that they do charge fees for certain things. Consult with the branch for further information. One of the reasons why I stop here is that this shopping center has several different banks and makes it easier if I want to move money from one bank to another fairly quickly. I do plan to investigate this no cash withdrawal forms are prevalent elsewhere.
