Good luck if need a wire. They will ask you a million questions if it's not even 1k. The questions include insulting your intelligence, making you feel like you are doing something wrong, and then failing the wire if they don't like the recipient or whatever is their criteria to approve you doing what you want with your money.

Pnc business banking is the worst have had a large vendor check that was intercepted and fraudulently deposited but pnc denied the case due to there platform that lets you deny a deposit of a check , we check the checks but have 100 vendors and don't have details on the name of the person who does deposits for each vendor additionally during COVID they said they couldn't help with a ppp loan after 50 years doing business with them instead I went through PayPal who did it in one day bottom line find a different bank if your a business they are a joke and do nothing to help customers

So after three days of trying to find out where the contents of my safety deposit box are, Margret at PNC Virginia Manor is getting them to me on Wednesday. I believe they are sending them VIA FedX to the branch office from their office on 1st Avenue. Imagine my valuables being delivered by FedX. So much for keeping my valuables safe. And PNC started charging preferred customers for their Safety deposit boxes.... I guess this is what happens when banks get too big, customer loyalty is gone. I wonder if they realize the government bailout was from the taxpayers.

I deposited a redeemable check into the Atm machine on 1-12-2021 in the amount of 1200 dollars. It was properly signed&co-signed and placed in my account. PNC refused to cash it. Then they sent it to Philedelphia.. I was told they will re-issue this check in 10 to 14 working days and re-mail it to my address.They said they are sorry for any INCONVENIENCE this may cause me and my co-signer...10 to 14 days to get access to my own money?I went and talked to the 'customer rep' and was told that 'ATM' machine cannot clear a co-signed check..REALLY? SINCE WHEN? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DEPOSIT A LEGAL CHECK AFTER WORKINGS HOURS AND USE THEIR 'ATM' TO DEPOSIT IT INTO? They blamed it on us..Its seems more important to this lousy PNC branch that 'they are right'.And the customer is 'always wrong'..Customer service at its worst!And the customer rep named 'Ron' who called me later from this 300 mt.lebanon Blvd branch was rude,arrogant,and standoffish..The co-signer was my wife,who also has a PNC account..We offered to come in person immediately to clear up any possible identity discrepancies now that this branch knew our identities but old RON couldn't have cared less.So we wait for are own money for up to 2 weeks thanks to this crew....CAN I GIVE THIS BRANCH A '0 out of 5'? They don't deserve a 1 rating...

The staff are a bunch of used car salesmen. Rude. Pushy. I do not reccomend a checking account here, as it is not free. They will try to sell you products or ask you to open up an account even if you are sitting infront of them listing your complaints. They would be better off having ROBOTS interact with customers. Worst investment ever made was allowing PNC to hold my money.

This PNC branch helped me -immensely - navigate thru a tricky savings-bond situation from my father's estate. The team there was thorough, patiently made sure I understood everything, and were very cordial throughout. Special shout out to Denise, although everyone was great.

While living in Pittsburgh I frequented this PNC Bank a lot! There's a great ATM on the street, and there's a drive thru in the back too. I've only had great service here!
