This bank has gone downhill over the past five years to the point where I don't even like to go in. Most of the people there are so rude that I handle my deposits through the ATM. On several occasions I've had more than one check and as I tried to deposit them the bank teller would tell me I have to add these up and I'm not doing it for you (Never have any problems at any other PNC) and I was like can't I just deposit it he said no you have to add them up here's a calculator....

PNC couldn’t open an account after I made an appointment with them. I was the only customer inside at the time. A worker playing lobby attendant had the nerve to blame the fault on me for using the PNC website and then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted help going to another PNC branch. He never offered to have me speak to a manager. I am a small business owner, I made time and arrangements for an appointment with the bank, PNC failed to do the most basic task of opening an account. I drove down to the FNB on the south side and I had an account opened in maybe 20 minutes. Never going to use PNC again for business after this experience. Awful.

I NEVER knew you could deposit money into an ATM machine yet alone cash a check from one. Let me tell you CJ was patient and kind as he helped me. He’s also easy on the eyes . Very well dressed, dapper, and professional what an asset to the PNC brand. I was done in less than 10 minutes!

I just had the most amazing experience at PNC opening a checking account. I have a learning disability and Tammy went out of her way to make to help me through everything. The security guard was also so kind to me. Forgive me I can't remember her name. If you go there ask for Tammy and tell her boss she needs a raise. Thank you so much!

Not sure WHAT to think of my experience here earlier today... I understand the branch had a fire. But no tablet or screen to show me the options of accounts available? Quite short with me. They ONLY have accounts with minimum deposits of $500 monthly without charges? Doesn't make sense.... Doesn't seem like they want my money, or my sister's at another branch.... Perhaps we should take it all elsewhere!

Pnc bank overdraft fees are terrible. I overdrafted $20 payed it the SAME day when I received the notification through text and still charged me the next day with a fee of $35! I am beyond frustrated with this bank. I could overdraft 5 cents and still get a fee. They would not issue a refund. I even had overdraft protection! I am closing all my accounts and going with a different bank. May even use prepaid cards from another bank with no overdraft fee! Other people I know complain of the same issue and we are all switching banks!

Not a fan of the new set up. Even tho this bank is next to my house I try ti avoid this bank as much as possible cause it always takes 3 times as long to make a simple transaction since the new look.

Hate the new setup! Bank manager writes your name on a list, you wait around for awhile, she tries to skip me on the list. She figured the other customers were more important than me. Had to check her on that.

The people have been nothing but helpful. This is a local branch, so employees that hang around get to know you

I signed up for a checking account with a $150 promotional bonus, and they apparently processed the entire thing wrong. Six weeks later, I just called PNC customer service and they will not honor the bonus due to the processing error. I am done with PNC in general. They are the worst banking option in Pittsburgh and anywhere else that they happen to exist.

Great branch, awesome tellers who actually know what they're doing. Shelly (one if the head tellers) told me I was losing a lot of money by keeping so much in my checking account and advised me to open a money market account and get double interest. Thank you shelly!
