Hits dogs since they don't know how to handle them. Then causes owners to pay emergency vet bills since they want to cause injuries. They didn't allow owners in the back when they did the exam. Do better!

awful awful awful... the doctor is beyond rude when you bring your dog there. she does not let you stay in the room with your animal so you have no idea if she is actually doing anything for your animals. the staff is rude the facility is dirty, i would stay away from this vet at all things possible

If I could give a negative star, I would. This dr refuses to let people go into the room with their animals I know of more than one animal that came out injured and required emergency vet care due to trauma inflicted while behind closed doors. Please safe yourself the heartache and go elsewhere

Dr.Jones is the best vet we ever had and the staff is awesome he has been our vet for many years and the staff is also the best we ever had and will continue to use for our pets needs ♥️

She was very rude when I called. Spent the entire time telling me how they won't be able to help me if I make them my vet. How, if I need a vet for an emergency or if they need to be seen urgently, or even in a few days, they won't be able to fit me in. Mind you, I haven't even started using them yet. She acted like it was a burden to help me. You know the tone of voice... And the name of the place has HOSPITAL in it. They are not a hospital, false advertising. They are a small vet with 1 doctor who books FAR too many patients. If you can't handle more patients, don't say you can on your web page. And change your name. You aren't a hospital. Don't waste your time with them if you are looking for a vet that has time to care for your pet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐First visit to Plum Animal Hospital with our puppy was fantastic! Dr. Jones was super nice and informative, providing excellent care. Called to get my sick cat seen. They wouldn’t take time to see him. I will no longer bring my other pets there. Only want the easy appointments. Doesn’t say much for them . No compassion .
