The call center staff were rude, the service is unreliable at best beyond 9:00 am, Half of the shuttles are in such a terrible state that i get off the shuttle feeling sick to my stomach from all the violent shaking. Healthcare workers that use this service through UPMC deserve better.

Affordable and professional! We used two of their buses to take guests between the hotel and reception venue and it went very smoothly! Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful! We're glad that our hotel recommended them.

I didn’t even want to leave them one star but they did deliver my daughter safely to her destination. Although they did charge her $323.75 in stead of the $175 we were quoted through THEIR app!! They took advantage of a young college girl traveling on her own and didn’t even have the audacity to tell her before she took the cab. That’s stealing!! People are disgusting. I will NEVER AGAIN use this scum. I’ll pay twice as much with Uber. At least they’re honest when they gouge you.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. I made a reservation months in advance and even had to change the times one month before departure. The van to pick us up did not show up at all, we waited 10 minutes past our allotted time. We had to RACE in the car to the airport which was VERY dangerous to do to be able to make our flight. Later, I called Super Shuttle to find out that they discontinued service for PIttsburgh on October 24th; our flight was November 11th. I waited for 25 minutes on the phone to speak to a supervisor and no one answered. With all the technology available and information that they had on file, there was NO communication that the service had been cancelled. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!! I would not trust them in ANY city!!

The driver left my wife and I standing in the rain on our wedding night after cussing us out. The car was parked 100 yards from the venue in the pouring rain (which we later found out was due to a miscommunication with our wedding coordinator so not necessarily their fault), but yelled at us for asking him where he'd been. When I asked him to be nicer to me on my wedding night, he replied with things like "go f*** yourself" before speeding off dangerously. There are plenty of other car services in Pittsburgh. I hope noone ever has to go through the horrible experience that my wife and I had on our wedding night. Please please please consider any other vendor!! UPDATE: We did receive a full refund, the company claimed to "have dealt with the driver," and customer service was apologetic. Although it was a nice gesture, we unfortunately will still have this wedding memory forever.

Called 2 days prior for a 6:00 AM pickup to get to the downtown train station. 6:05 no cab and no phone call. We called the company and learned they could find no record of the pickup name, address or phone number. We were told we should have been given a reservation #, but that had not happened. They offered to dispatch a cab but would not stay on the line to verify an ETA, so we declined. I woke up a relative to rescue us at 6:15, to make our 7:30 train. This was a stressful way to start a leisure trip. At 8:15, while on the train, we got a call from a driver who was at the house to pick us up, presumably for a scheduled 8:00 pickup. I can't imagine using them for any important trips. The first thing I did on arrival in NYC was to summon a Lyft.

Do not rely on this company for reliable, on-time transport. We hired this company to provide wedding transportation from hotels 10 miles from the wedding venue and the driver did not know his route and made bad decision after bad decision resulting with a significant number of our guests missing the wedding ceremony. This company does not take its mission seriously and our event suffered as a consequence. I advise anyone seeking reliable transport to see alternative organizations.

Booked a van through Pittsburgh Transportation Group for our wedding and they were great. Staff at the man office was easy to communicate with to ensure timing/location was right and the driver was very friendly. Overall great experience, highly recommend for a wedding or event where you need a shuttle. Pricing was also very reasonable.
