The call center staff were rude, the service is unreliable at best beyond 9:00 am, Half of the shuttles are in such a terrible state that i get off the shuttle feeling sick to my stomach from all the violent shaking. Healthcare workers that use this service through UPMC deserve better.

Affordable and professional! We used two of their buses to take guests between the hotel and reception venue and it went very smoothly! Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful! We're glad that our hotel recommended them.

Booked a van through Pittsburgh Transportation Group for our wedding and they were great. Staff at the man office was easy to communicate with to ensure timing/location was right and the driver was very friendly.
