Designed a kitchen for a client a few years back for a small historic home in Shadyside. It turned out beautiful and was very budget friendly. The cabinetry quality was better than expected for the price.

We have used Kitchenrama twice now, once for countertops on our bar and once for our kitchen. They went out of their way to ensure the countertops in both situations looked their best. The turnaround time is incredible, and they have easily the best prices for cabinets and countertops. The service has always been great, with responsive communications and quick order and install times.

Had the worst experience here. These people have terrible and shady business practices.We went in, picked out a stone and gave them all the dimensions of our kitchen, they gave us the approximate price(we knew it could change slightly based on the measurement) we agreed and paid the deposit with a credit card. They came, measured and when we went to pay the remainder they tacked on a bunch of extra charges we were not aware of. The square footage they estimated was correct but the price rose significantly. When I questioned them the owner got aggressive and started saying that he “doesn’t need to rip people off”. We negotiated them to take off one of the adders but when I went to pay the remainder with the same credit card that I paid the deposit with they then said it was a 4% fee to use a card. Absolutely no mention of this before, they let you pay the deposit to trick you into thinking there is no credit card fee. They also tried to have me initial some changes on the blueprints that she wrote in another language. I refused to move forward with them. They won’t return the deposit so I am out the money but I refuse to give them another dime. Such bad business practices.

Worst Cabinet company out there. Quality is terrible. Prices are ridiculous and owner King will lie right to your face and smile about it!!!

They have everything you need in stock and ready to go. Plenty of options to choose from. Installed and did everything perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. When they initially installed our countertop they did not level it appropriately and then blamed it on us, charged us $400 to come back out to fix their mistake and then destroyed electrical boxes and refused to fix them. On top of all this the owners threatened to have their workers come in and rip the countertop out while I was home alone with my two children. Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business and trying to get them to acknowledge their mistakes is a waste of time because they will just talk in circles acting like they don’t understand.

Great people to work with. Wide selection of cabinet colors and countertops. I purchased my cabinets and countertops from Kitchenramma. They were on time for the installation of both and able to get the countertops installed within 1 week of the cabinets being placed. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Horrible service messed up our counter top measurements and won’t fit through the door to get in the basement. Communication gap between the guy who came to measure and the guy who proceed the order. Spend extra and get someone who understands the concept of customer service.

Great finished product for our kitchen island. Beautiful edge finishing and very reasonable prices - the best that we found in the greater Pgh area. Chian was very patient and accomodating with us, as we changed our minds a couple times, but the service was fast, affordable, and of great quality!

Looked around at several options for countertops. Kitchenramma had the best price and a very good selection. Chan is great to work with and the install crew were fantastic. They were fast but very detail oriented. We couldn’t be happier with our countertops and would def use them again.
